Welcome to “Paradise found” in Reflections at Bay Point, a Premier and Luxury Bayfront condo resort in Panama City Beach. This 7th floor Bayfront unit with private balcony offers amazing views of St. Andrews Bay and Shell Island. Mike and Kim were excellent hosts. Very responsive to any text or emails. Check in was a breeze!!The condo is absolutely beautiful. It is a five minute drive to St. Andrews Park for the beach. It’s 8.00 a car load each day. We dined at Captain Andersons and Uncle Earnies. Both were delicious. We dined at lunchtime to beat the evening crowd.Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the sunsets. They were gorgeous.You will have a wonderful vacation if you visit Mike and Kim’s condo.

The Rental Unit was very nice and clean. We were supplied with a couple of rolls of TP and a small amount of hand soap. Plenty of utensil and cooking ware were available which was very nice. There were plenty of things to do around the bay and we really enjoyed the Paradise Adventures boat excursions. The only downsides (and of no fault to the owners), were that the beach was a little more crowded than I'd hoped, water wasn't very clean (full of seaweed and crabs everywhere), and the bed was too hard and painful and made it hard to sleep because of pains (everyone is different so again no fault of the owners but something to keep in mind if you don't like very firm beds. Bring some padding perhaps if needed). All in all we had a lot of fun and the spa and pool and rental were very nice and upkept.

We come down to PCB at least once a year but had never stayed bay front. We loved it! We’re very particular about cleanliness and our expectations were exceeded, the place was absolutely spotless and had everything we could’ve needed while we were there. We would definitely book again.

The condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the boats and jet skis go by. The pool was nice, quiet and never busy. The condo is conveniently located close to many restaurants and attractions.

A little piece of heaven

Wow!!! What a Beautiful condo everything was so fresh & clean.They had everything we needed. On the balcony the views were Amazing! We watched the sunrise and sunsets everyday, watched the boats, jet skis racing by. The pool & hot tub was nice not crowded the whole week we were there. We will definitely go back again. And last but not least, the owners were so kind. Thank you Kim you are the best!!!

Wonderful Time!!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The view of the bay was beautiful, and it was just a short walk on the boardwalk to the little beach, which made it easy to enjoy sunrise walks and sunset views. The condo was quiet, well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway! Thank you

Accommodating Owners / Great place

I arrived in town without a reservation, I reached out to the owners by text & email in which they replied to both very quickly. The calendar would only allow me to choose the next day & future dates after I booked the next two days I asked about the current night that I needed as well and the owners were extremely accommodating going out of their way to allow me to stay in their place the same night that I rode into town. Everything about this stay was easy, very nice and I will definitely be staying here again.

Panama City Beach was an annual vacation spot for many years raising our children. We love the white sandy beaches and the variety of activities for all ages. In 2014 we happened upon Reflections at Bay Point. It's unique beauty and peacefulness drew us in. We love the ever changing view of St. Andrew's Bay. We love watching the different types of boats, wildlife and amazing sunrises/sunsets. Bay Point is like no other, it’s the best kept secret in PCB! Peaceful, calm, beautiful, and full of top notch amenities. Our 7th floor unit has amazing views, 11 ft ceilings and is newly renovated with all new furnishings and decor.
