The condo looks just like the photos and it is nicely appointed and very clean. The views from the balcony are amazing! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a nice meal. The added bonus of a close parking space and beach/umbrella chairs were the icing on the cake. The host is very quick to respond to any issues or questions. We would definitely rebook a stay in this condo anytime.

This is our second stay this year in this condo! We love that the condo is clean, comfortable and updated! The location is right off of the elevator. It is very quiet. It is nice to have the king size bedroom with the gulf view. The VIP parking is very convenient! Communication from beginning to end was excellent! Love being within walking distance to Pier Park. We will definitely recommend staying in this condo! Great experience!

a real enjoyable stay at a great location near retail and restaurants. no issues at all during my stay but after I checked out the water utility had a break and Owner contacted me to confirm it did not cause any hardship or inconvenience. Which I was very grateful for the concern, but I assured her everything was fine. I would definitely select this VRBO for a future booking should I ever return to the area.

First Class Accommodations

Upon entry the condo smelled clean and fresh! It is furnished nicely and updated. Awsome views from the living room and bedroom! Located next to the elevator. Very quiet! Private parking directly below is definitely a plus. Very comfortable king size bed with beautiful full bathroom. Extra bathroom with commode and sink. Nice laundry room. Easy walk to Pier Park and restaurants. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Communication with the owner was great! We will definitely stay at this condo again!

Beautiful ocean front condo

Beautiful condo that exceeded our expectations in everything from view, to convenience to the condo itself. We were in town for the Panama City Ironman and the location was perfect: a 2 min walk to Pier Park, which is where all the festivities of the race took place and right on the run course so my husband could go back to the room. The private parking was a definite plus as well. Toni, the property owner/manager was very attentive and helpful and made check in a breeze. Very highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Amazing Property

We had a wonderful anniversary trip staying in Toni’s property. Everything was just as described and pictured. The VIP parking is so convenient and of curable you can’t beat the location. Don’t hesitate to book this property!! Toni’s communication about our stay was top notch.

Romantic getaway

We absolutely loved the condo. The condo alone had everything we needed to cook and stay for a week. I will also brag on how clean it was and it was exactly like the pictures. It was in a perfect location, convenient walk to restaurants and shopping. The owner was absolutely a pleasure to communicate with and she even checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and to ensure the condo was perfect. We will definitely be back next year for our anniversary, as long as Toni still has this place available

Exceptional experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! I came with my wife to participate in the Ironman event. The location was perfect, right next to the event hub. The unit was clean and well equipped. The views were absolutely stunning! Would love to come back at some point

Very pleased with our stay. Calypso is within walking distance of the fishing pier and Pier Park Shopping and Restaurants. This unit was beautiful and immaculately clean. Loved the 2 free beach chair service and the Living Room TV had such a large variety of channels. Comfy bed with sliding doors to the balcony and the bathroom was beautifully decorated.

I traveled the world in a wonderful 30-year career with Delta Airlines which took me to Atlanta GA. where I raised 3 fabulous children. We always spent our beach & boating vacations in South Florida near the area where I grew up.
On an invite from a friend in 2002 we went to Panama City Beach. To my surprise, I found P.C.B. to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the US and a short distance away from Atlanta. In 2003 I decided to invest in a beachfront condominium and the vacation rental business became a full-time career. I now live in Kennesaw, GA a suburb north of Atlanta & I still love to travel the world!
Hospitality & great service is my strong suit, thanks to Delta

Great location on The Gulf Of Mexico beachfront. I'm partial to the tropical blue/green waters & sugar white sands. Also In walking distance of just about everything needed to enjoy a great vacation. And the airport is only 15-20 minutes away.

The unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 full bath & a half bath located in Tower 2.
