Great location! Short walk to the beach! Quiet location. Only complaint is that front door is terrible to lock! Even following the instructions exactly we still had a very difficult time locking the doors! Other than that small hiccup we really enjoyed the property!!

Everything was good just wish they had a better way to check in the key in the key box was not good it need a update to a key pad doors is not easy to lock are unluck and wish they had extra stuff down stairs in the kitchen by the pool but we had a lovely time just be ready for the stairs cause it’s a lot

wonderful!

overall we had a great stay at this home! So close to the beach and it had wonderful amenities. The door was not locking properly when we first arrived but maintenance was very quick to come and fix it. It was a great place to stay and i would definitely recommend!

Volleyball Week

We moved to this house from a volleyball camp the previous weekend in Destin. House was very clean and fit our group perfectly! We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Great accommodations for a large family

We were so pleased with our stay at Paradise Palms. The home was very spacious, well equipped and furnished. The amenities, pool, hot tub, and nearness to the beach made it feel more like a resort, but with privacy, which is even better. We highly recommend Paradise Palms and would definitely return if given the opportunity.

Fall Break

Great House with lots of amenities. Kids loved the pool in the backyard. Getting around was easy because of the very very nice and new golf cart. Overall great experience.

Super

Loved the property and our time spent there. We had 16 people total and had plenty of space! No problems with the WiFi, and we had plenty of room for our food. Our party was still able to all be in the living room for mingling and the pool was very intimate and we had privacy!

Room for All

Wonderful stay with 16 attending from multiple families. The house had room for all and no one felt cramped. Great location. The backyard was amazing. Disappointed in the WiFi and the response to fix it.

We loved our stay at Paradise Palms. The house was absolutely beautiful with just a short walk to the beach. We went at the end of May and the beach wasn’t too busy. The two complimentary chairs and umbrella were great and were set up early enough to enjoy coffee on the beach. There are additional beach chairs at the property you can carry down which is nice. Just for planning purposes there are no other beach or pool items. We had to buy balls and boogie boards. It would be nice if there was a box or something to leave that stuff in for other guests. We just gave them away to people on the beach. Also for kitchen planning, the dishes, pans, etc are great! If you want to cook you will need everything as nothing is left. You do get a welcome package with a couple day supply of necessities but plan on buying supplies. In addition, the pool was warm, and the hot tub was amazing! The communication with the hosts was great and the check in was super easy! Overall, we loved our trip and would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location and how close to the beach we were. We wish there would have been more beach toys or things left from others. We appreciated the beach chairs that were at the house and the chairs at the beach for the house. The space in the house was great. The pool and hot tub were very rough on peoples feet, all of the kids feet were bleeding by day 3. We were also not so happy that there wasn’t staple items in the house like salt and pepper, olive oil, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, dryer sheets, hand soap in bathrooms. I think allowing people to leave staple items would be helpful. We had to throw away so many things that should not have been thrown away.

Perfect

The property was perfect for us! We had 2 older people stay with us in our family and have trouble with stairs and the 2 bedrooms on the main floor were perfect for them! The house was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed. I would definitely pay the extra money to heat the pool and hot tub, which we used everyday! The golf cart was a huge bonus as well! The property manager was very attentive and nice! We also loved loved loved the location! If we are ever in Destin again, we would love to stay here.

Family Get Away

Overall we had a good stay. We had 4 families staying in the house. It was a good size and accommodated all of us. The kitchen could use some extra pots and pans. There is 4 pots, not enough when you are cooking for several people. One of the beds had sand and hair in it, but other than that, everything was clean. We liked the fact that their was 2 washer and dryer units. It was a good location and the golf cart was a plus.

Paradise Palms

We stayed for the month of February 2025. The house is an older home that has been nicely updated. The home was nice and clean when we arrived. The exterior / grounds in front needs some work as debris from palm trees and dead plants made it look unkept. During our stay the hot water heater failed and had to be replaced. Property management replaced the hot water heater the same day (a Sunday) and for that we were appreciative. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Family vacation

The property was nicely maintained and very clean. The outside pool area was wonderful. It was a short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants. The golf cart was a great added bonus to the rental. We were a party of 12, which meant that there were four people to each bathroom, which wasn’t a problem, but there was no mirrors in any of the bedrooms. It just made it difficult for people to get makeup and hair done when other people are in the bathroom. Also, the house didn’t have any beach towels so we had to buy towels on the second day of our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend highly to future guests.

Great family vacation

My family and I loved our week stay. The house is as described and very clean upon arrival. The space was plenty for 10 of us including my 3 year old grandson. The first floor was very accommodating for my oldest daughter and her family including my grandson. It had a small kitchen along with 2 bedrooms and eating area. It also allowed my grandson to nap without interruptions .The golf cart was very nice and provided plenty of charge for a nice ride. The beach is conveniently located with private access. We also enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella set up daily. Overall the place was everything we expected and would definitely book again. Thank you for the great family memories we made!!

Cut short by Helene

The property was very nice. Loved the golf cart, pool, and hot tub. We were contacted to pay the pet fee late the night before traveling. We should've been asked to settle this when we booked, not the night before. And were repeatedly asked to sign the golf cart waiver when it was already signed. Unfortunately, the stay was cut short by Hurricane Helene. We left 3 days before the end of our rental time period which is disappointing to miss out on that time.

Regarding the pet fee, I can see that you enquired about that the day after you booked with us and one of our team members made you aware of the fee and sent you a link to pay the required pet fee. This was done 6 months before your booked dates. I am sorry to hear about the confusion with the golf cart waiver as we were experiencing a technical glitch with the waivers. Regarding the hurricane, unfortunately, there was nothing anyone could do about that but we are glad that you did enjoy your stay. Sorry to hear that you decided to leave the property earlier due to the hurricane but I was glad to see that the area was not affected meaning that vacation rentals were still going ahead as normal.
