Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Everything was just as described. Very clean. Loved the extra little touches with snacks and bathroom necessities that were provided. Great location. Easy access to downtown and 290 to get to the vineyards. Would definitely stay again.

So clean!

Everything here is perfect. Very clean, the decor is nice, the beds are so comfortable, and the complimentary snacks and wine were just what we needed after our 4 hour drive. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was fabulous! Everything was impeccable and looked brand new. Bed was extremely comfy. Location was very convenient to all of the restaurants, wineries and shops. A great getaway!

Absolutely wonderful!

This home is perfect! All the luxury and comfort without breaking the bank. We were in town for a girls trip of shopping and dining. The Burg is centrally located to downtown, restaurants and shopping. Two bedroom both with en suite baths. A lovely kitchen and living space. We would recommend highly.

Fabulous Stay

Excellent cottage with great attention to details. Perfect for two couples, with both bedrooms (both w/ ensuite bathroom) on each end of the cottage and living / dining areas between. We'll stay here again and recommend to others.

We loved The Burg! I have had issues with other places while using Absolute Charm but this was by far the best place we have stayed. Our host was amazing and made our stay even better!

Loved the house!

It was a beautiful house, so clean and perfect for a weekend getaway. It was in a great location too! Not to far from Main St. Will definitely be staying here again and recommending to friends!

Best Stay Ever!!

The house was completely brand new and everything was super nice and up to date. Snacks and drinks were left for us!! We had 1 small issue getting the door to unlock and in no time it was fixed and a solution was found. Best customer service ever, will definitely tell everyone about this one and more importantly we will back!!!
