Relax and enjoy San Clemente in this beach themed condo.
Ocean views of Dana Point and Catalina Island. Spectacular sunsets.
Steps to the beach, about 50 yards to the top of the El Portal stairs to the beach and beach trail walking path. "204" surf spot at the bottom of the stairs.
A new condo is currently being constructed next door, so there is construction noise M-F, 7am- 4:30pm. However we have double paned glass, so interior noise is limited.
Stairs to the condo. The good news is that we are at the top level of our condo complex, so we have a beautiful ocean view. We are both in our late 70's and appreciate the exercise, however for those who donât like or canât handle it, the 20 stairs to get to our condo will not be good news (see photos).
You'll have all you need in this fully equipped condo.

We are seniors also (I am 78, my wife is 77). We would be living in the condo full time except our daughters married and moved to the South, so we spend most of the year in our home in Birmingham AL, but come to the condo here a couple of times a year. It is a litttle bit of paradise for us.
We do have a "co-host" who lives in San Clemente in case things arise that can't be handled by "remote control."
