Ceci est une charmante, récemment rénové 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain propriété avec énorme patio neuf à 4 minutes à pied de la plage et de la piste et à 10 minutes à pied de la jetée, du centre-ville et Amtrak. La propriété est située dans une rue résidentielle calme et dispose d'un parking dans la rue.
La maison entiĂšre a des carreaux de travertin tout au long et est brillante et heureuse. La chambre et le salon s'ouvrent sur un grand patio entiĂšrement neuf avec des siĂšges et des parasols.
Il y a le wifi, 55 "smart TV, DVD et un bar dans le salon avec des portes coulissantes qui s'ouvrent sur le grand patio. Il y a une cheminée à bois et un canapé-lit.
La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, cuisiniÚre à gaz, machine à glaçons et lave-vaisselle. Il est bien équipé avec tous les ustensiles.
Il y a un lit king (peut ĂȘtre composĂ© de 2 lits jumeaux) dans une chambre. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen Murphy, une kitchenette et des siĂšges. Il a une porte coulissante s'ouvrant Ă  la table de patio arriĂšre et au barbecue de gaz.
Les deux salles de bains sont fraßchement carrelées avec des portes de douche en verre. Le garage a une table de ping-pong, baby-foot et tous les trucs de plage et laveuse / sécheuse.

This is a very comfortable, well-equipped, clean, 2-bedroom apartment. There are 2 units in the house, we were on the ground floor. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Lovely patio with comfortable furniture where we spent many hours basking in the sun. The driveway is long and easily fits two cars and we had no problems getting in/out, we just talked to the people renting upstairs. The place is about 15 min walk to the pier and 20 min to downtown SC. Diane went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Should we find ourselves in SC again, we will definitely want to rent here again.

We were visiting the area for a medical procedure I needed at Providence Mission Hospital. This is why we picked this location and it was not only perfect proximity to the hospital but to everything in San Clementine. Diane is more than a Super Host she is a Super Caring Person as well. I was lucky enough to meet her and glad I did. Her home was exactly what we needed. It was clean, felt like home and within walking distance to beach, town and so many restaurants.The home is well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was friendly and quiet. My favorite room was the patio. I spent so much time healing on the lounger in the sun. If you’ve never been on vacation in San Clementine you are missing out. And if you do please consider Diane’s home, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Diane for sharing your beautiful home and kindness.

222 La Paloma is a great choice for beach time, shopping and eating on Del Mar. there is easy freeway access if you must leave San Clemente. Our host was attentive to our needs. We will book here again

This property was centrally located on a quiet street within walking distance to the beach and Del Mar where there are ample restaurants and shopping. But my biggest shout out, is to our host, Diane. She was so easy to work with and she has a clean and VERY comfortable property. I was traveling with my 83 year-old mother and our stay was so relaxing. We loved the patio with the umbrellas to sit and read or have a nice dinner at the outdoor patio table. I can’t wait to come back and bring my husband and children. I’ve VRBO’d in San Clemente 4 times over the years. This place was wonderful. Highly recommend.

An Absolute Dream Stay at La Paloma!

Our stay at La Paloma was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully curated to make our vacation effortless and unforgettable.The location is unbeatable — just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made daily trips to the ocean a breeze. We didn’t even need to load up the car, which was a huge bonus, especially with kids in tow. Plus, the nearby shops and local spots were charming and convenient, offering everything from coffee and treats to unique souvenirs.The house itself was incredibly accommodating. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with every amenity we could possibly need (and more!). Whether it was the fully stocked kitchen, cozy lounging spaces, or the little touches throughout, it truly felt like a home away from home.One of the biggest highlights was how family-friendly the property is. There were activities for kids of all ages — including ping pong, beach gear, and entertainment that kept everyone happy and engaged. Another great stay!

This is our second stay at this wonderful house and we can't say enough about the experience! The location is walking distance to the beach and so close to a range of restaurants and shops. The house is clean and stocked with just about anything you need - from the fully stocked kitchen where you can actually cook a meal to laundry detergent and paper products to get you started to plenty of beach towels. Garage is loaded with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more. Street is fairly quiet with typically neighborhood traffic and people walking to the beach. We can't wait for our next visit.

San Clemente Mood and vibes

We really loved this place, for many things
for the position, literally 4 minutes walking from Mariposa Beach
with the Pier view and a easy walk to reach it and have a coffe or the best sunset in OC. The location is great with everything perfect for your vacation: rooms, cleanliness, all the details, everything provided by the landlord to make your journey absolutely perfect. The patio outside is perfect to rest a little bit after the beach or, even better, for a drink with your people
there is a back patio too with more privacy for a late dinner with bbq and candles. We love san Clemente because that place is for us a second home, but thanks to you Miss D and your house we brought back to our country all the possibles good vibes from the city with the best weather ever.

Great location in a magical community

Walkability, great amenities/supplies and a quiet neighborhood are the keys to this San Clemente rental. We had no issues with our upstairs neighbors at all, but note that the sound travels easily. If you’re a noisy brood, plan to stay elsewhere to maintain the quiet all around you. The patio was excellent!

Great location

We had a great week at this property. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is great. Perfectly situated in the middle between a walk to the beach and a walk to the shops. Diane was very responsive and great to work with. One thing to know is that while you do have your own private living space, you share the driveway and the garage with the 2nd floor renters. Not a big deal but there was a little coordination required with the other renters to move cars around that we didn’t expect. Otherwise everything was perfect.

We went to the beach in San Clemente for many years when our three sons were growing up and have many fond memories. We love the area and feel fortunate to have a home here. We live about twenty minutes away and love coming here. When we retire it is totally possible that we will move here.
