This recently remodeled studio apartment is just a short walk away from the beautiful beaches of San Clemente and offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. With a plush queen size bed, a 4k Roku TV, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a sleek bathroom with a tub/shower combo, this space is perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a relaxing and convenient escape near the beach.

This newly renovated studio apartment is the perfect home base for your San Clemente adventures. As soon as you step inside, you'll feel the warmth and comfort of the space. The queen size bed is soft and inviting, with high-quality linens and pillows for a luxurious night's sleep after a day spent exploring the beaches or hiking the trails of San Clemente. The 55 inch 4k Roku TV is perfect for winding down and catching up on your favorite shows after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, including a stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker, as well as all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare a delicious meal. After cooking up a storm, you can enjoy your meal at the dining space for two. The sleek bathroom boasts a tub/shower combo, fluffy towels, and plenty of storage space for your toiletries. Finally, the closet provides ample space to hang up your clothes and store your luggage.

You'll have the entire studio to yourself during your stay. Check in is a breeze with our keypad, anytime after 3 PM.

Please note that our property contains two additional units, so you may encounter other guests during your stay.

There is a single dedicated parking spot on the driveway (no garage access). For any additional parking, there is typically plenty of free street parking nearby.

This unit is located in a residential area. There is a strict 10pm-7am noise curfew. Please be respectful of our neighbors... thank you!

Under City Code, the maximum number of guests is 2.

You are responsible for your guest’s actions. If something happens to break, please message me (Tanner) immediately.

Please do not flush baby wipes or personal hygiene products down toilets.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house.

No pets or animals.

Parking
You have (1) designated spot on the driveway in front of the garage on the RIGHT hand side on Avenida Del Poniente. There is a 'C' on the garage on the side you should park. Please leave room to your right as that is designated spot for the neighboring unit. Please see photos below and don't hesitate to ask any questions!

In addition, there is typically plenty of free parking on the street surrounding the house on El Prado and Avenida Del Poniente.
