Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
East Hideaway is situated in a residential neighborhood; we kindly ask that you respect our friends and neighbors throughout your stay.
Parking: Guests must park in the garage, which has room for 2 SUV's. The HOA is "booting" cars that 1) park in the designated community guest area without paying or 2) park half-in, half-out of the garage.

Nice Property and Great Location.
We had a great stay at this property! The location was fantastic, just a short ride share away from Broadway, which was a huge plus. One of the key features we were looking for was a garage, and this property had a large one, which worked perfectly for us. However, I would recommend being cautious when backing in, as there is some HVAC ductwork that, if not noticed, could potentially hit the trunk of an SUV. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but it’s something to keep in mind.There were a few minor issues with the property, which we brought to the owners' attention via their survey. A few lights were out or had missing covers, and there were some stains on the blinds in one of the rooms. The property was generally clean, though it could benefit from a deeper cleaning, as we noticed some dust and dirt in the corners and along the baseboards. That said, we understand that maintaining a property that sees a lot of visitors can be challenging.Overall, I would definitely recommend this location to a friend. It was a great spot, with several local bars within walking distance (although we didn’t have a chance to visit them). Would definitely consider staying here again!
