Great house in a walkable neighborhood. Stayed for a night with our dog. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was large and easy to use. The backyard was great for our dog. Would stay again.

The house was perfect for our girls trip and everyone had their own bed. It is decorated very cute, was clean, and has the basic amenities that you would need for a short trip. We had some questions which were quickly addressed by the host. The coffee shop down the street was delicious. Would stay again and one of the other gals is already planning to go back at some point with her family.

This was the perfect house to have a 40 year reunion! Plenty of kitchen space for us to make meals, have snacks, and enjoy each other's company! Plenty of space so we all had our own room. Quick ride to downtown Nashville. If we go back to Nashville, we will rent this place again!

House was exactly as described. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, clothes detergent etc. Air conditioning worked well, it was record high temps when we were there. Communication was almost immediate when I had questions. Backyard was perfect for dogs. Location was great for walking. Several restaurants and bakeries within walking distance and restaurants allow dogs in their outside seating. Would definitely stay here again.

An absolutely wonderful home and stay: beautiful space, attentive hosts, delightful neighborhood with great restaurants and breweries nearby. Spent hours on the front porch swing. Won’t be looking anywhere else for future trips to Nashville.

Owner was very easy to work with. Clean property, safe and very convenient neighborhood for all our Nashville sightseeing and activities. Restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. Loads of young families in the immediate area, with well-maintained houses and yards and slow traffic.

Really wonderful stay in the Nations!

We were visiting friends in Nashville and stayed at this gorgeous home. It was perfect all around-plenty of space, beds and bathrooms!! And the location was perfect-really close to a small and delicious bakery. We will definitely book again when we return to Nashville!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Awesome spot

We really enjoyed our weekend here. The house is spacious and comfortably slept our whole group. Plus, it’s in an ideal location that wasn’t more than 15 minutes from all of our destinations. We will be back!

Perfect place for visiting Nashville!

We had a great stay in this very comfortable, clean, and spacious home. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was ideal for driving to downtown Nashville, restaurants, and the Belle Meade Winery. The fenced backyard was a bonus and we enjoyed walking our dogs nearby. We hope to be back for another visit in the fall!

Holiday Stay

Great location in quiet safe neighborhood. Floor plan of home accommodated my husband and I and our grown children. Great backyard for our dog. Easy access to freeway and other neighborhoods in the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantasy Nashville Home

The home is just beautiful! The master suite on the first floor was perfect-had a great family vacation for a special birthday celebration. Quiet area, yet close to great eats and more! The owner was quick to reply with a minor question. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Everything we needed

Had to book this quickly due to our other rental cancelling on us last minute. Was nervous but so glad we ended up here. It was a perfect stay that accommodated our dogs and had everything we needed to enjoy our daughter’s wedding in Nashville. Perfect location and awesome hosts.

Family Gatherine

This house worked very nicely for weekend gathering of family from various cities to Nashville to visit. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room to hang out in the evening together which we really enjoyed. The location was central to all of our plans and we even walked a short distance for breakfast. I will recommend this rental - thank you!
