BRAND NEW LUXURY HOME! GREAT FOR LARGE GROUPS!
The space
This home is brand new, newly furnished, three bedroom, three bathroom home. Every item in the house is brand new.
Each of the 3 bedrooms features beds ranging from queen to king.

There are 2.5 bathrooms! In addition to the huge walk in shower and a huge double vanity so they are perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town! There bathrooms are are all tiled and give you the perfect feel for a luxurious stay.

The welcoming tall ceilings and abundance of natural light, along with super spacious open floor plans, will help your group feel the perfect balance of privacy and community with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen area features very comfortable bar stool seating areas! All cooking utensils are already placed in the home making it easy to dine in!

We have a large flat screen TV in the living room which is great for a group setting!

Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Ordering in is easy to- at the house we have a book listed with all the closest hot spots.

Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided.

Perfect spot to get to downtown easily

We were celebrating 2 friends turning 65 and had an event planned for downtown. We needed a place to accommodate 10 that was an easy ride share to Broadway. This was the ticket! Super cute and clean with cheaper Uber ride to all the action. Host and property manager were very timely with communication and receptive to our needs. Highly recommend this place!

Great for a girls night out

I came with a group of ladies from church for a Women’s Conference. We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and our bed were very comfortable. I would definitely keep thins property under my radar whenever we come back to Nashville

Great place & Host (few things to improve)!

Had a wonderful stay here! Cool view and location close to downtown. The host was a great communicator and addressed our problems quickly (we couldn't get AC to turn on at first). He also was so flexible with our check in and check out time which was a lifesaver. Despite sleeping so many guests, felt like it was a little short on the plates/ cups/ silverware and kitchen basics (aluminum foil, zip-loc bags, Tupperware, etc.). Ran out of items quickly- dish soap, toilet paper. Also didn't have enough clean towels. There were a bunch still in new plastic packaging we had to use that smelled really funky. Also located across the street from a rowdy bar that is very loud late into the night. Uber driver told us not to walk around at night in the area. Despite those few things, cute place and good location!

The condo was clean and decorated super cute. Plenty of space for 10 people. There was an issue with the air conditioning which was not resolved during our stay, causing it to be 83° inside, but that is the only complaint.

This stay was not satisfactory based on the price and what was advertised. Kitchen lacked a lot of basic cooking and cleaning essentials. We had to purchase additional garbage bags, and bought extra toilet paper. We lacked extra towels as well. The garage code was not working and not fixed after we asked, which was very inconvenient/a safety concern. The flooring on 1st & 2nd level was being redone, which was mentioned but not in great detail. There were visible staples in the floors, nails coming out of baseboards, and ants in both bathrooms. The staples and nails were a safety concern. The neighborhood was not great, didn’t seem safe and was not clean. Bar across the way was loud.

Good Setup but Some Management Issues

This property was so cute and set up great for my bachelorette group but there were some issues with the management (smoke alarm out of batteries, not enough toilet paper and towels and issues with the door lock not working which management eventually resolved during our stay). I am optimistic that management can resolve these issues for future groups. Location and setup of the house were great.

Home had water damage and was under renovation

It took us a while to realize what was under the paper stapled to the floor, but upon closer inspection ,we realized there had been water damage in the unit and it was not properly addressed. The wood flooring had been lifted in the hallway, bathroom, and one of the bedrooms and stapled over with paper and never replaced. I raised this with the host who was unaware of the state of the home and mentioned that the floors had recently been repaired. The floors, however, were still being repaired (or at least patched over). We also had dirty towels; the host dropped off newly purchased towels within 24 hours of the notification which we washed since we did not want to use towels taken off of the store shelves. The door on the top floor bedroom doesn't shut all the way due to the size/placement of the beds. There are also no curtains in that room so its quite bright. Overall, the house is good for large groups, with plenty flatware/glassware and places to hang out. We also appreciated the Kurig and the proximity to a nice coffee shop. It also took us just a few minutes to get anywhere in the city via car, and the property is just a 20 minute drive from the airport. We had a nice stay, but wish the unit was suitable for guests. Prior to this stay, I have never paid to stay at a rental property or hotel that was under repair with soaking wet subfloors with signs of mold. I hope the flooring issue is addressed before the next guests check in.

Bachelorette Weekend

The place was great for our trip! Beds were big, the decor was great, the common spaces were perfect for gathering. The location of the property was 10 minutes or less from everything we wanted to visit! Overall great 👍

Great Place!

We had a last minute change of plans and were so excited to find this place. Super fun decor, plenty of space, and close to all of the great Nashville spots. Owners were fantastic with communication.

North Nashville Stay

Beautiful home! Lots of parking, easy access, responsive host. Great decor, and the city skyline late at night/early in the morning was stunning. Will definitely return and stay next time I’m in Nashville!
