Welcome to CASA de COCONUTS, your ultimate Gulf getaway! This gulf-view haven is a paradise awaiting your arrival. With a private pool, outdoor cabana, and accommodations for up to 16 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this home promises an unforgettable retreat.

Step into luxury as you lounge in the expansive breezeway overlooking the shimmering pool, complete with a palapa for shaded relaxation or sun-soaked bliss on comfortable loungers. For added entertainment, indulge in the air-conditioned game room featuring arcades, ping pong, and hula hoops - perfect for kids and the young at heart. There is also 1 full outdoor bathroom!

Inside, experience coastal chic sophistication with plush furnishings and spacious living areas designed for entertaining. On the second floor, you'll find four bedrooms: two feature queen over queen bunk beds with an additional twin, accommodating 5 guests each, and the other two bedrooms have king beds for 2 guests each. In total, the second level can sleep up to 14 people. Each queen over queen bunk bed + twin bedroom is connected to a king bedroom through a shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

Both hosts Charlie and Melissa were amazing, so nice and helpful!!! We wish the weather was better- but it made the game room so fun and even though couldn’t use the pool( chilly and rainy) it was nice to sit by when not raining! The house was beautiful, roomy and comfortable! Definitely need access to the beach - a pathway or boardwalk from the neighborhood. Would love to go back!!! Thanks so much!

This house is beautiful, very clean, and a nice location. For the price, however, it was slightly lacking - only 5 dining room chairs, each person got only one towel, the kitchen is sparsely furnished although you could make do with what it had, more trash bags/paper towel/soap would have been nice. The biggest problem with the house, in our opinion, is the door locks are very hard to figure out and use. The balcony door off the kitchen was unlocked when we arrived and we could never lock it our entire visit . The first night we got in bed, when we pulled the covers back, the sheets had some odd blueish gray stains on them - we took photos and I tried to send to the management but could find no way to do so in our portal or any communication so I emailed them to myself for documentation. While we can all use the Internet for info, some in our party thought some normal touches you see in homes this expensive missing line a welcome notebook with things you need to know about the house and area missing. There are also a lot of steep stairs in this house - just know that. But the house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The game room and pool are wonderful!

Fun family house

Great location! Close to Beach access 2 which is less crowded. Very spacious and clean. My only recommendation is to have a few more hand towels for the bathrooms and kitchen pot holders available.

Mother's Day Getaway 2025

Property was beautiful. Area was in great location away from the tourist areas. Grandkids had plenty to entertain them. Overall was great.Suggestions listed below.1. Add blinds or curtains in master toilet and closet. People can see you. 2. Make sure to have towels for the number of guest listed for check-in. Include kitchen and face towels. 3. Treat yard area for mosquitos. And add something to control gnats in house.

Overall Fantastic Experience

Booking, checkin and accuracy of description all spot on. The house was absolutely beautiful, pool and game room were awesome. Sent a few texts and emails with questions and never received a response. The garage power outlets shorted out but we were able to easily reset once we found that the GFCI behind the fridge in there had tripped. Only issue which is difficult to manage is the mosquitos. We were absolutely massacred by them and couldnt be out of the house in the late afternoon or evening at all. We tried spraying the brush and lighting candles but it didnt work. There is a marsh directly behind so again, not sure what can be done.
