Create lasting memories at this unique, cozy, family-friendly, riverfront flat with a dock. We are located on the Sammamish River (that connects to lake WA) and the 12 mile River Bike Trail. Enjoy this cabin theme with the luxuries of being close to lively cultured towns . Outside you can enjoy the outdoor activities like kayaking and yard games. Great home base for river and bike adventures. Located within a quiet charming neighborhood. Close to UW Bothell, DT Bothell & DT Woodinville.

Step into our Riverside Inn, your haven for an adventure-packed vacation! With the Sammamish River as your backyard, indulge in a plethora of water-centric activities, from kayaking and paddle-boarding to river floating and classic swimming on a scorching summer day.

Beyond the river's edge, our location offers easy access to the renowned Sammamish River Bike Trail. This scenic trail weaves through enchanting wine country and past local breweries, spanning over 10 miles along the Sammamish River from Bothell to Marymoor Park in Redmond. It forms an integral part of the Locks to Lakes Corridor, ensuring unforgettable experiences for all our guests.

Our brand-new location redefines modern comfort, featuring lush bedding, new cookware, and inviting couches surrounding a large TV. Enjoy superb views of the river and the surrounding forest from every room, creating a picturesque backdrop for your stay.

Nestled on the top level of a Duplex, this unit is one of two in the building. Explore the option of separately renting the 1BR/1BA unit downstairs, accommodating an additional 4 guests. Renting both units is the ideal choice for larger gatherings, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Traveling with a furry companion? For just an additional $20 per night, we welcome pets to join your adventure. Declare pets during reservation, as undisclosed pets may incur a $250 fine. Please note that pets are allowed only if disclosed and approved.

Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed feeding the ducks in the river. Very easy access to I405 and close to Bothell shops and restaurants. The trailer park across the river has a mix of cared for and neglected properties in your view but they provided some interesting people watching opportunities! We would definitely stay here again!

This unit is in need of a good clean

The unit owner was very nice and allowed us to arrive 2 hours early. However, the place was in need of a deep clean. I did some dusting. Some blinds are in need of repair as we were afraid to even open them in case they would fall down. I did send the owner a list of things that need his attention. He was receptive and thanked me for the comments.

Adorable and Close to *Everything*

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and traveling with my husband's best friend and his wife who were celebrating his birthday - we call this conjoined event birthiversary, lol. What a cute little place to stay! It's both private and located within a couple miles of all our activity destinations - Anderson School, museums, antiquing and wandering downtown. We did have a little hang up with receiving the check in directions, but Chris was very fast to respond and we were inside getting situated in a jiffy. He even arranged for us to arrive early so we could freshen up for the first adventure on our itinerary :) Thank you so much, Chris and Stephanie! We were very lucky to have found your location and we cant wait to visit again!

Not what we expected

The beds were comfy and owner was available for communication. Check in and info provided were good. We expected a quiet and somewhat secluded location but it is right near the highway so prone to traffic noise and sirens all hours. Across the creek, is a trailer park. Not so visually pleasing and definitely not amennable to a restful sleep. The first night we were kept awake for 2 hours by a screaming, cursing, sobbing, drunken park resident who finally was taken away by police in a paddywagon at 4 am. Definitely not within the owner of this property's control, but unwelcome behaviour/noise from park residents was not a surprise and is not mentioned in the property description. The irony of being asked to be quiet after 10:30 for the sake of the neighbours was not lost on us. If a good nights sleep is a must, you may want to consider another location. Otherwise it is an ok stay.
