Designed for families and multi-family stays, this spacious in-town home offers comfort, privacy, and a relaxed Northern Michigan experience just a short walk from Lake Michigan and downtown Charlevoix.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is best suited for respectful guests looking for a peaceful getaway. It is not a party or event property.

Outdoors, enjoy a private fenced backyard with deck seating, hot tub, hammock, and fire pit — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The front porch swing, nearby playground, and access to a basketball court and soccer field make it especially great for families with kids.

Inside, the home features multiple sleeping areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and a lower-level game room with ping pong, pool, foosball, and TV for relaxed, low-key evenings.

Maximum occupancy is 14 guests. No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.

The home was very spacious with room to spread out comfortably. The location was perfect for everything we did in Charlevoix and the surrounding area. The backyard was perfect for pets and children.

Kids paradise

We stayed at this property but spent most of our time at my brothers cottage on lake Charlevoix. It is a very nice place with all sorts of entertainment for younger folks and lots of privacy. It is also air conditioned which is not listed among the amenities.

Andrew was very accommodating however he is in need of a professional cleaning service. Dirty and broken blinds and when we moved the couch in the tv room we found a dead mouse. Having trouble loading the picture of the mouse. Can try again later if necessary.
