When you wake up to panoramic views of the water, make yourself a made to order latte on one of two Breville Touch Barista machines and enjoy it on the front deck while watching the sun rise over the horizon.

Your kids will play for HOURS in the indoor playground + toy room and sleep all night in their cozy playhouse bedroom. There's 2 hot tubs, a pool table, board games, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. SLEEPS 19.

This gorgeous home is directly on the Susquehanna River next to Long Level Marina.

We are child friendly: not pictured in photos, but has been added, a safety fence all around the property, with child safe locks.

It is one of the only vacation homes in the area that sits directly on the water and the views are STUNNING.

The outdoor spaces will truly sell themselves year round- nothing can beat watching a summer storm roll in or the majestic winter river views which may include a rare ice covered river.

During the summer we have a private dock so you can bring your boat or rent a pontoon from the marina next door for a family vacation you will always remember.

With a grand total of 6 bedrooms (9 beds, and one sleeper sofa) this home very comfortably accommodates 19 guests. The in law quarters of the home have been redone and are included with this listing so you have full run of the property and ultimate privacy. It's perfect for groups traveling together who still prefer to have individual spaces. In addition to 6 beautiful bedrooms, there are two fully stocked kitchens and dining rooms- continue reading for a more detailed breakdown.

The really great thing about this home is that the indoor spaces are just as beautiful as the exterior. It was built with lots of windows which means plenty of natural light and extensive views of the water.

On the main floor you will find the fully stocked kitchen (and since we know coffee is important, we've added a Breville Espresso machine and a Keurig/drip coffeemaker combo so no matter how you take your coffee we have you covered). There's also a dining table (seats 10) with views of the water, a living room with a Smart TV and floor to ceiling windows with views of the water on two sides. Through the sliding doors is the wrap around porch with a Blackstone grill so you can cook up breakfast while drinking your morning coffee along the water.

Off of the kitchen is the kids room. Your children will play for hours on the indoor jungle gym, slide, and with the kitchen and toys below. There's a playhouse bedroom with two full beds on the bottom and a full and single bed on the top. We've added a pull out sofa so there's sure to be plenty of space for your littles to spread out when it's time for bed. You'll also find a Smart TV and board games here. Oh, and of course, a wall of windows for views of the water. There's a boys full bath and a girls full bath.

Additionally on the first floor there is a beautiful queen size bedroom and a full bath with a tile shower.

On the same level (accessible by outdoor entrance) in the in-law quarters you will find the additional kitchen, dining area, beautiful living room, two king bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Please note: this area can be accessed by an outside entrance.

Back in the main living area if you go up a flight of stairs you will find the expansive master suite. There's a king bed, sitting area, walk in closet with a makeup mirror and en suite bathroom. The master bath features a tile walk in shower, soaking tub with water views, and double bowl vanity.

On the ground floor there's a game room with a pool table, half bath, 2 car garage and a King Suite with beautiful water views and en suite bathroom (tile shower).

The outdoor spaces includes a propane firepit and hot tub.
