A southern style cottage we call the boathouse because it used to have a boat stored on the lower level.
It’s now finished out into a beautiful living space consisting of a lounge area, pool table and a beautiful king suite with large luxury bathroom and jacuzzi and a covered balcony.

We Also offer Massages right at the Boat House from a local Masseuse

E-Bike rentals are available with an additional $50 per bike fee if u want to explore the Mason Dixon Trail which travels right past the house for miles along the river!

Kayak rentals available down river at Chiques Rock Outfitters if u want to spend a day on the River.

3 fishing lines supplied at the house just bring your own tackle and Bait.
Now for the Tour
As you head upstairs on the spiral staircase it feels like you are on a boat as all you see are water views while climbing-

Upstairs you will find a small kitchen with all you need, a coffee bar with an espresso machine (we provide beans and syrups) and a tea cart for the tea lovers-
We have a lovely dining area and lots of pretty dishes and an amazing living room with views that will take your breath away and has a tv for those movie nights, this room also has access to a balcony that is perfect for reading a book and drinking a latte. Sunsets here are marvelous and you feel like you took a step into a slower paced life!

There’s also a romantic charming king bedroom with luxury linens and water views and a small en suite bath upstairs. A breakfast tray to serve your loved one a romantic breakfast in bed-

Outside we have cute southern style bikes to cruise along the river with and then also a breeo firepit and chairs down beside the river for those picnics at sunset. We provide the picnic basket/ you bring your favorites to put in it!
You can also bring your kayaks but know the river has a current.

Please do not instant book this property for small events we do not allow any more than 4 guests on the property at any time!

we typically do not allow extra guests in and out even if not spending the night, unless permitted by host.

we do allow pets under 30 pounds with host communication , and do have a pet fee in place , this needs to be paid prior to checkin, so please enter your pet onto the reservation.
Pet fee is good for 1 pet , and we only allow 1 pet
In order for you to bring your pet and for us to maintain our high level of cleanliness our pet policy includes no pets on furniture and absolutely no pets unattended unless confined to their cage.

No loud Music during quite hours.
