Great location! Super cute suite with a great view of the lake and short walk to town! Perfect for the weekend get away. Skip the host was very easy to work with and easy to get a hold of for any questions we had. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back

We have a great weekend at the Toledo House. Our host provided excellent communication prior to our arrival and contacted us on the 2nd morning to let us know about the Jet Express not running. Everything was just as it was advertised in the Vrbo listing and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

We were on the Island for a family wedding and the Toledo House was the perfect accommodation for us! The location is great - everything is just a short walk or golf cart away. Our suites were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Skip is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and work with. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to others!

Perfect quiet little spot, yet so close to town. Bed was fantastically comfortable. The stock of coffee, wine and water was certainly a nice inclusion. The small fridge and microwave were ample. Top notch linens and towels. Ans most importantly it was exceptionally clean.

Great Fourth of July Weekend!

The property is great! Very clean and comfortable; well decorated, all kinds of little extras like coffee, bottled water and a bottle of wine. My partner really appreciated the make-up removal wipes. Great A/C on a hot and humid weekend. Skip was very helpful at check in, and the location is perfect. We'll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed a lazy weekend on Put in Bay. Owner was kind enough to help us find our lost keys. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Perfect place in great location

The place was perfect. Everything was as described and clean. For us the location was great. It's just a short walk to all the action. We rented the golf cart for one day which was a nice addition to have right there at the rental. Just a note: there are quite a few stairs to get to the top floor unit we were in. It's not a problem for us but something to consider if you have trouble with steps. He does have lower units and I'm sure they are just as nice. The only negative was we only had 2 wash clothes but 6 towels. Probably just an oversite and I'm sure he would have brought us more if we had asked. Overall it will be our choice of place to stay if in PIB in the future.

Terrific stay at the Toledo house

Amazing property and so close to everything! We stayed in the C suite which is the top floor part of the house. It’s exactly as advertised, the perfect place for couples. The place was VERY clean, Communication was brief, but that’s all we needed. All of the amenities offered were very thoughtful.

..The Toledo House is located downtown PIB. Directly across from the bus depot from the Miller Ferry. A short walk to the Perry’s Monument, the bathing beach, DiRivera park, the Jet Express, and all the bars and restaurants downtown.
