We were on the Island for a family wedding and the Toledo House was the perfect accommodation for us! The location is great - everything is just a short walk or golf cart away. Our suites were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Skip is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and work with. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to others!

Perfect quiet little spot, yet so close to town. Bed was fantastically comfortable. The stock of coffee, wine and water was certainly a nice inclusion. The small fridge and microwave were ample. Top notch linens and towels. Ans most importantly it was exceptionally clean.

Great Fourth of July Weekend!

The property is great! Very clean and comfortable; well decorated, all kinds of little extras like coffee, bottled water and a bottle of wine. My partner really appreciated the make-up removal wipes. Great A/C on a hot and humid weekend. Skip was very helpful at check in, and the location is perfect. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent Weekend

Terrific stay at the Toledo house

Amazing property and so close to everything! We stayed in the C suite which is the top floor part of the house. It’s exactly as advertised, the perfect place for couples. The place was VERY clean, Communication was brief, but that’s all we needed. All of the amenities offered were very thoughtful.

Best at Put-in-Bay

The rooms have been renovated and they are gorgeous? Skip is a very nice guy and responded to any inquiries within minutes. The location is great, it's across the street from the bus station and a short walk from downtown

Perfect spot at the Bay

We are long time visitors to the island. The Toledo House's newly renovated rooms are really, really nice. Very clean. Total bonus having a bedroom separate from the living room area. And the coffee area with a fridge and microwave was really nice. Close by downtown. Easy walk to the main strip. We will totally stay here again.

The perfect place to stay in PIB

My first time visiting PIB and this was the perfect place. Steps away from the restaurants and nightlife. Right around the corner from the beach and Jet Express ferry. We rented the golf cart and loved our complimentary wine and water. It’s right next door to an ice cream shop. The host was more than helpful. Will book again when we come back!

Great location and easy in/out

Well renovated and very comfortable. Very clean. Close to everything. Skip was easy going and met us there for check in. Gave us the golf cart keys the day before we wanted it so we could just go in the morning. Nice coffee set up and microwave.

Very clean and excellent location

The unit was very clean and exactly as pictured. The unit had it's own air conditioning, the bed was comfortable and clean and thw bathroom was nice. It was only a 5 minute walk from the jet express ferry, and less than a 2 minute walk to all of the action downtown. We rented the golf cart for one day which was cheaper than anywhere else and they also had a parking permit for it. I highly recommended this property. whichcheaper rhan any

..The Toledo House is located downtown PIB. Directly across from the bus depot from the Miller Ferry. A short walk to the Perry’s Monument, the bathing beach, DiRivera park, the Jet Express, and all the bars and restaurants downtown.
