The fireplace between the homes invites for a sun downer and come together. A large terrace sits all guests and two BBQs provide replenishment. Two luxurious Log Homes with private lake access, situated on 8.5 acres of land with stunning views of the Bras d`Or Lake. Visit Cape Bretons Iconic Dundee Golf Course just minutes away. Bring the whole family and use our home as your base to travel the world famous Cabot Trail. Enjoy the magical views of the deep blue lake and Morrison Head Island. Walk down the private path through a beautiful forest to get access to the pond with flat water and shallow entry which is connected to Bras d`Or lake and gives you the opportunity to take your Kajak from a protected shelter out to explore the beauty of the Bras d`Or biosphere reserve. The town of St. Peter’s is only a 15-minute drive away and offers all the amenities you need. St. Peter’s is one of the oldest european settlements in North America and is full of life all year round. A stay in St. Peter’s provides easy access to the Bras d’Or Lake Scenic Drive and the Fleur-de-Lis Trail as well as many other beautiful points of interest. On 3 floors our `Sun House` provides plenty of space for your whole family:
Main floor:
Open kitchen with bar and dining area
Living room with woodstove and access to the large deck with BBQ and lake view
Master bedroom with King-size bed, lake view and private bathromm with toilet, shower and bathtub
Bedroom with Queen-size bed, office desk and access to the South oriented sun porch
Half bathroom with toilet

Upper floor:
Guest room with Queen-size bed and a convertible Twin-size bed, walk-in closet and own small terrace with a view of the forest and the lake
Child room with cloud wallpaper and Queen-size bed
Bathroom with toilet and shower

Lower floor:
Apartment with private entrance, kitchen, Queen-size bed and private bathroom with toilet and and shower/bathtub combination
Disco and bar area with dancefloor, DJ-booth and tables
Billiards room with pool table and dartboard
Utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron
Half bathroom with toilet

Our `Eagle House` also provides 3 floors and is perfectly suitable as a guesthouse or for smaller families:
