Bienvenue à Kuilima Estates, la propriété de condo situé sur les terrains de renommée mondiale Turtle Bay. Les condos sont entourés de deux terrains de golf magnifiquement entretenus, et sont les seuls condos sur la Rive-Nord. Ceci est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, de rembobinage, et la restauration, et un monde forment loin de l'agitation de la ville. Ce condo est à quelques pas de l'hôtel et à une belle, à l'abri, Coved plage, où vous pouvez nager, plonger, et le surf. Great place for the price and great location if you are headed to the North Shore. Close to both activities in Haleiwa and the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie. Quiet and very relaxing.

The condo itself was clean and in a good location. Visitors need to be informed that supplies such as paper towels and dish washer detergent is limited to only two days. It was advertised as having tennis courts and to bring own equipment which we did but the courts were unavailable. Besides the pool there are no other amenities. It was also very obvious that the condo owners that stay long term do not welcome guests, some were very rude.

Had a great stay at this property. It was clean and quiet. Close to Turtle Bay and the Ritz Carlton Resort. Close to the two pools on the property. Close in proximity to all the North Shore activities we wanted to do. At one point, the battery in the smoke detector kept going off, but the property management fixed it quickly the next day. Overall, we enjoyed staying here.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful time, we were in Hawaii of course! Unfortunately, after booking we were shuffled to an "equivalent" property which pushed us further from the other people we were travelling from. With that said, this property was clean and stocked with basics (dishes, cookware, towels). It lacked any extras (one dish towel, one sponge, no extra consumables). Additionally, this units screen doors were all broken and beds were poor quality (hard with no cushion).

The house was ok. The back screen door does not roll on the track very well. The washing machine made my clothes smell bad. It would be nice to have some salt and pepper stocked. There were basic utensils, pots and dishes to use. It was nice to have bath towels and beach towels to use. It would have been nice to have a couple of beach chairs to use while visiting. Checking in and checking out were very easy.

Great location; could use a refresh

The location of this place, and the general area, are excellent. North Shore is so fun, having the hotel right there is great. The place itself is a little worn. Screens off hinges, loud A/C units, minimal amenities and rough beds. If you want value, I suppose this is it, but overall it came up a bit short for us.

Great place to stay with plenty of room. Glad to bring the family here. Towels and kitchen were stocked well. Would've been nice if the kitchen had salt and pepper and there was more stock of toilet paper and paper towels. Overall still had a wonderful stay.

Property was clean and was as described. Spacious and our family of 6 fit in well. It can use a couple of updates, main floor bathroom vanity, shower rod and toilet bowel seat. Unit was great for location and price.

Nice gem in north shore
