Rénové condo avec de nombreuses améliorations. Projeté dans véranda avec 2 chaises. Air conditionné dans les deux chambres et le salon. WIFI Bienvenue à Kuilima Estates, la propriété de condo situé sur les terrains de renommée mondiale Turtle Bay. Les condos sont entourés de deux terrains de golf magnifiquement entretenus, et sont les seuls condos sur la Rive-Nord. Ceci est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, de rembobinage, et la restauration, et un monde forment loin de l'agitation de la ville. Ce condo est à quelques pas de l'hôtel et à une belle, à l'abri, Coved plage, où vous pouvez nager, plonger, et le surf. Great space, two bedrooms and loft with twin beds, with one bedroom and full bath on the main. Near the Ritz, great location on the North Shore just a short drive to Dole, beaches and Hale’iwa. No central air but has window units and quiet. Comfortable beds and clean! Has a screened in porch. Bring your own shampoo and conditioners. Would stay here again!!

The place was very nice. Just a little small for 4 adults and 2 children but we were gone most of the time. Not really an area for small children to play. Unfortunately we were there during the storms so power was out 2 separate times for approx 96 hours and the pool ended up being closed. If you are a golfing family this is an ideal spot.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I do understand the turnaround time for getting clients in and out; however, you will achieve much more by taking the time to ensure your locations are cleaned to the highest standards, given the number of people coming and going. Please understand that the safety of your clients is important for preventing contamination. As suggested, you should strongly consider using a QCI (Quality Control Inspection) form to help you set and maintain your cleanliness standards.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home was in a perfect location. Our girls loved being able to wander around the property. The rooms are perfect and the loft twin beds were great for our twins. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing we would have liked was some pool towels and beach chairs, but it’s possible we just didn’t find them. The air kept it comfortable although the loft got a bit hot. Was glad there was a fan to help keep it cool. Would definitely stay again the next time we visit.

The property was exactly what we expected. It was clean and we enjoyed the well supplied kitchen - every dish and gadget we needed was available. Loved having food storage bowls with lids!. The resort grounds were great - my mom and I walked the property every morning. The resort staff were very helpful in helping us find a place to vacuum the rental car too - so much sand!

Perfect landing spot in the North Shore

This was a nice, quiet place to regroup every night before adventures the next day. The community is nice and quiet with a great on-property bar and grill, Lei Lei’s. The condo was clean and we really appreciated the in-unit laundry.

Great family spot

We had a great time in the North shore area staying here. The location was awesome and the condo was very clean and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We loved having a kitchen to make our own breakfast and lunch, and a washer and dryer was so convenient. There are SO many yummy places nearby. We were walking distance to the beach at Turtle Bay, a short drive from Sharks cove for snorkeling, many nearby beaches to checkout. We would definitely stay here again! Our kids even loved the pool when they needed a break from the sand.

The property was perfect for our group of 6. If I can make only one critique, they need to provide more trash bags and laundry supplies. We had to reuse some of our shopping bags to make trash bags. Very clean, and it was a great trip

Happiness at the golf course

We loved the location on the golf course and we were able to walk to the resort/beaches (about 10 minute walk). Also, there is a really good restaurant about a 5 minute walk. The location was quiet, and the condo was spacious, clean and perfect for our group. You can tell there have been upgrades done to the unit and it was comfortable and well stocked for cooking. The king bed in the master was wonderful. We really enjoyed the enclosed back deck. I would definitely stay here again!
