Important Note
Per Condo Association rules: This is a Saturday check-in after 3:00 PM through Saturday check-out by 10:00 AM, with a 7-day weekly rental requirement. Multi weeks available with a discount- send request thru inbox. The condo association requires a $100 parking fee per stay, paid directly to them in Building 3, condo association office, on the 2nd day of check-in. This fee is not part of the VRBO charges you have paid.

Great condo and great location. The community is quiet and clean, perfect for relaxation. The condo itself was clean and easily accommodated 5, which included two teenagers, a 21 year old, and two other adults. It provides easy beach access as well.

This is a great place. The view is amazing, the condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart. Marco Island has a lot of beautiful spots and great restaurants. The walk to the beach is somewhat long and hot, it did not bother us but if mobility is a concern I would take note. We loved it and would stay again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is very clean and convenient. The view from the balcony was great. We liked that it is on the Eco lagoon side, as it does not get too hot in the sun. Once, we waded through the lagoon and went to Tigertail Beach, where we had a great time.The beach cart (stroller) was very helpful. It was not hard to push on the compacted sand. The beach was great and we swam every day. We also played pickleball and enjoyed it.The island is quite small, making the location convenient to everything, including restaurants and shopping. The only complaint is that the wine opener could be better, as I broke the cork when I tried to open a bottle of wine.

Wonderful stay in Marco Island

We absolutely loved our experience at South Seas and the accommodations were very nice. Our favorite part was the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. We will be returning!!!

Amazing

The owner was very helpful and easy to reach. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Everything we could possibly need was there. The walk to the beach was a little long for us but worth the walk. Had an amazing time. Will definitely be booking here again.

4.9 Stars.Host is responsive and easy to communicate with. Their local representative provided almost excellent service, except that documents package was sent out to me only 2 days before departure, a little bit late to my preference.The apartment is recently remodeled and is in a very good condition. Except may be the mattress in the master bedroom, which is not cheap, doesn't look old and has a good firmness to my liking, but already has an indent on the right side. Not completely intolerable but will need to be replaced in the near future.The kitchen is well equipped to cook breakfast or other basic meal.There are beach chairs and other beach accessories in the closet. Do not waste your time with 2 separate umbrella sand anchors found there as the sand is way too hard for them. Ise the umbrella I left there with the proper anchor already mounted on the rod. It's a brand new one and is pretty sturdy and easy to use.Overall, I do highly recommend this vacation rental.

Electric power was shutdown to adjoining tower and pool for maintenance for a whole day. This meant we were unable to use the pool.Part of family left a day early due to this and we had an unexpected boring day.

Rick and Victoria currently live in Naples, Fl. originally from Parker, CO, south of Denver. We fell in love with Marco Island's white sand beaches, great restaurants, and ocean views and decided we wanted to live here part of the year. We have family on the Island and enjoy coming down as much as we can. We hope you enjoy the Island as much as we do. We purchased this condo in mid 2024, and in the process of learning to be a good host. We plan to do a remodel the month of August, to update the decor, make changes that match our taste, and to provide a better experience for our guests. Looking forward to this! One thing I really like about Marco Island is how friendly everyone is, how clean the area is, even with the sudden influx of people during prime season. Did you know that Marco only has about 15,000 residents, yet between December and May, 35,000 guests come to Marco, which adds to the traffic and congestion you see. Being only 3 miles wide x 5 miles long, I am sure you notice the additional traffic during the time you are here. But I love this place and wouldn't want it any other way. The restaurants on the Island, drive to the restaurant in your car, boat, or jet ski. Feel the cool breezes off the ocean as you enjoy the freshest and tastiest seafood! Come join us and enjoy our place, leave a review, take our survey, and help us to make it your getaway spot each year.

It is the Sunset views which makes our property unique. We have Sunset views 12 months of the year of the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony. And each Sunset is so picturesque and gorgeous, and unique in its own way. Just spectacular. Sit and watch the sunsets as the cool breeze blows in for the Gulf of Mexico.
