Condo surélevé au 1er étage (2Úme étage) avec un accÚs rapide au parking ou à la plage, sans ascenseur porte d'accÚs direct (avec handicap rampe) à cÎté de la construction pour faciliter l'entrée / sortie, élimine le besoin de traßner l'épicerie dans tout le bùtiment. Hébergement idéal pour les familles, les personnes ùgées ou les personnes handicapées qui apprécient un accÚs rapide et sans tracas (pas de longues promenades, pas d'ascenseur ou les escaliers).

L'unité est bien équipée et comprend 1 lit King, 2 lits jumeaux, un canapé-lit, un lave-linge / sÚche-linge à la pointe de la technologie, 3 télévisions à écran plat, 2 lecteurs de DVD et plus. This was one of the best trips our family has had. Our accommodations were everything we needed, plus: we had a uninhibited view of the ocean and beach; it took only a couple minutes to reach the beach; it took less than a minute to walk out to the parking lot to our car or to start on a walk. The condo had everything. It is attractively decorated and furnished. The kitchen supplies were well-stocked. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and cart. The pool was great. We also enjoyed the beautiful lanai
where we ate breakfast every morning. Our host was communicative and well-organized. It really is quiet and peaceful here, and it really is a paradise.

Absolutely loved this condo, the view of the ocean and sunsets was perfect. Rob was beyond helpful from the minute we booked our trip. He was quick to respond and super helpful with any question I had. Rob sent us a welcome package before our trip. It contained everything we needed to know and suggestions for restaurants and activities. The condo was equipped with everything we could need. Decorated beautiful and the beds were extremely comfy. We loved the pool area and how close it was to the beach. We had a great vacation and can’t wait to return

Perfect Location and Condo!

You cannot get closer to the beach than this! We traveled with two individuals with mobility issues and every aspect was perfect for them. Super clean, easy check in and prompt communication! Everything you would need to take to the beach was provided. Would LOVE to rent again in the future!

Loved it.

First time staying in Marco. We were very happy with the condo and the area. Clean, calm water. Nice beach. Despite the high-rise lined beach, it’s very peaceful and quiet. I liked being on the first floor, not having to use the elevators, just walk out to the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. From the main shower you can see the ocean! Very cool. We will definitely come back.

2025 Family Spring Break!

My family had an incredible stay at this beautiful beachfront condo on Marco Island! The location is absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the ocean from the balcony. The condo is located on the first floor which made it easy to access without using an elevator. The condo is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. No need to bring beach gear or towels.Rob, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly responsive and made the whole rental process smooth and hassle-free. You can tell he takes pride in his property, and it really shows in the quality of the condo.I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation. We’ll definitely be returning for another stay soon!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Not enough nice things to say about this property. Location was perfect, right next to the beach for great walks but easy to get to the grocery or restaurants. Unit was fully stocked with kitchen essentials, beach gear, and bathroom needs. Would stay here 10/10 times!

Fun girls trip

My adult girls and I had a great stay at Sea Winds 105! The place was clean, tidy and had just what we needed to enjoy our stay. This condo has all the accommodations, as listed. Very handy being right by the ramp for easy access to the car. The owner is super friendly and helpful! Great communication and easy process. Would def stay here again. :) Had a great time.

Perfect beach vacation

Sister Weekend

My sister and I wanted to get away for a few days to relax while our husbands were on a golf trip. The condo was perfect for us and came as advertised. We had all of the beach necessities for a quick flight in and out, we just needed suits! Condo very clean, we felt safe and our patio view was amazing! Rob was very responsive with any questions and we loved the restaurant suggestions! We watched the dolphins put on a show one afternoon from our balcony, jumping out of the water! Sunsets are gorgeous and beach access is easy! We I’ll be back! Thank you!

Best Place on the Beach

Our trip was excellent from start to finish. The owners have everything at your fingertips and have taken great care to make sure you have the best stay. Wonderful Vacation!

From start to finish everything was great! When we booked, our host reached out to us right away to communicate all the details of the place and answered any questions needed. The property itself was very clean and had all the essentials that we needed. The location is top notch
 right on the water/beach with the most beautiful views from the lanai. We loved being able to walk right to the beach and as a great added bonus there is a restaurant right next door to easily walk to. Also the grounds of the location were very clean and everyone was very friendly. Already planning our trip back!!!!

Wonderful beachfront condo

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. Everything was as presented in the listing. The owner was very attentive and kept communication open at all times. We had everything we needed. The unit was clean/spotless. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were modern. The furniture and overhead fan on the lanai extended the living space where you felt like you were on the beach but without the sand. Dolphins, pelicans and people watching will keep you entertained as you have your morning coffee. The evening sunsets were spectacular. We would not hesitate to return for another relaxing stay. Thank you R & D for sharing your beachfront oasis.

Very nice place. Located on the 1st floor means no elevator hassles - private entrance from car to condo! Beach access was easy, pool very nice, we shall return!!

The Sea Winds has been a perfect accommodation for our family of five. It is a reasonably priced vacation property on the quieter and more desirable South end of the island, within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars and shops. It is within close proximity to the Gulf, has a beautiful pool snd hot tub, the landscaping and grounds are always kept in immaculate condition, and the on-site Management is always friendly and Guest-driven. Fellow vacationers (and owners) who stay in the Sea Winds are always friendly. What more can you ask for in a vacation property?
