Unité 2BR / 2BA face à la plage mise à jour avec des vues spectaculaires! Granit dans la cuisine, les salles de bain des maîtres et les invités. Nouvelle tuile dans les chambres et lanai. Salles de bains de style spa récemment rénovées, le maître convient aux personnes âgées. Appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable. De nombreuses améliorations ont été apportées, de nouveaux meubles et accessoires ont été ajoutés. Nous visons à être le premier et SEULEMENT condo dans le bâtiment. Condo regarde et se sent bien ... Condo surélevé au 1er étage (2ème étage) avec un accès rapide au parking ou à la plage, sans ascenseur porte d'accès direct (avec handicap rampe) à côté de la construction pour faciliter l'entrée / sortie, élimine le besoin de traîner l'épicerie dans tout le bâtiment. Hébergement idéal pour les familles, les personnes âgées ou les personnes handicapées qui apprécient un accès rapide et sans tracas (pas de longues promenades, pas d'ascenseur ou les escaliers).

L'unité est bien équipée et comprend 1 lit King, 2 lits jumeaux, un canapé-lit, un lave-linge / sèche-linge à la pointe de la technologie, 3 télévisions à écran plat, 2 lecteurs de DVD et plus. Great first floor location - no waiting for elevators! Carts available for easy transport of your luggage and groceries. Easy access to walkable beach. A lot of amazing seashells after a storm. Restaurants within walking distance with host giving great recommendations. Pickleball courts on site. Beds were comfortable. Balcony was perfect for sunsets!

This was one of the best trips our family has had. Our accommodations were everything we needed, plus: we had a uninhibited view of the ocean and beach; it took only a couple minutes to reach the beach; it took less than a minute to walk out to the parking lot to our car or to start on a walk. The condo had everything. It is attractively decorated and furnished. The kitchen supplies were well-stocked. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and cart. The pool was great. We also enjoyed the beautiful lanai…where we ate breakfast every morning. Our host was communicative and well-organized. It really is quiet and peaceful here, and it really is a paradise.

You cannot get closer to the beach than this! We traveled with two individuals with mobility issues and every aspect was perfect for them. Super clean, easy check in and prompt communication! Everything you would need to take to the beach was provided. Would LOVE to rent again in the future!

Not enough nice things to say about this property. Location was perfect, right next to the beach for great walks but easy to get to the grocery or restaurants. Unit was fully stocked with kitchen essentials, beach gear, and bathroom needs. Would stay here 10/10 times!

Perfect beach vacation

The condo was clean and comfortable. The host was great to work with and communication was amazing. He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The location on the beach was just what we were looking for…beautiful sunsets, rainbows and even dolphins were viewed from the balcony. We can’t wait to return.

Can’t beat the location

Absolutely beautiful location! Sunsets right from the patio, steps out to the beach. The accommodations were perfect for us, cleanly and well stocked. We used the pool and tennis courts and really enjoyed the beach tent and chairs. Rob was communicative and checked in periodically on our stay. Thanks for a great vacation!

Excellent location and wonderful condo. First floor location was ideal (not having to fool with elevators) and was up high enough that the view from the balcony was great! The condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable. A very quiet and secure location. Would recommend highly.

Absolutely loved this condo, the view of the ocean and sunsets was perfect. Rob was beyond helpful from the minute we booked our trip. He was quick to respond and super helpful with any question I had. Rob sent us a welcome package before our trip. It contained everything we needed to know and suggestions for restaurants and activities. The condo was equipped with everything we could need. Decorated beautiful and the beds were extremely comfy. The view…wow!!!

Condo is very clean and well equipped. The ocean view is spectacular and when you are on the balcony you feel like you are sitting directly on the beach. Rob is a very pleasant and responsive owner.
