Check in was a breeze. The resident was clean and furnished well. The master bedroom was comfortable.

Most amenities were provided but I suggested a guest book for visitors to note where from and notes about their stay. A big issue was the tub in farthest back bedroom was so slick I feel twice, that needs to be fixed asap

Great location in Conroe, perfect for our needs. House was very clean, yard was well maintained. Communication with host was excellent! We were here for scrapbooking event and this was a great affordable place to stay. Church neighbors across the street were friendly!

Host goes above and beyond as we have been there for several weeks in a row or a work project. He has been very helpful and accommodating when we needed to add a day to our stay.

Like staying in a five star resort!

The host was amazing. He made sure everything was perfect before we got there and continued to check in on us through our our 35 day stay. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Everything you need when staying with a family. Everything is brand new works perfectly. This will be our go accommodation every time we go to TX.

Perfect for families

I had a great stay at this modern and spotless rental! The space was exactly as described—stylish, minimal, and very clean. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of, from the comfortable bed to the fully equipped kitchen. Check-in was smooth, communication was quick and easy, and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable short-term stay.

Great little place!!

Virtus is very accommodating and asked us many times if we needed anything. We didn’t, but the place was very clean and the little fenced in backyard was such a great add for our little dogs. He even brought us a gift, which was super nice! We would definitely stay there again!

Initially getting into the neighborhood looked a bit sketch. The actual rental was decent space wise but was uncomfortable and was only base level cleaned. As in there were what looked like secretions on the furniture. There was a towel left in a closet, beverages left in the fridge, hair on the pillow in one of the rooms and a nice visitor of what looked like a roach in the bed once the covers were pulled back. When speaking to the owner, he initially offered to bring mattress toppers to help with the uncomfortable beds and refund a night then because we did not wish to continue our stay he came back with no refund at all. While waiting to hear back on the concessions we saw another bug crawling on the wall, he says they are from outside but the fact that there were industrial sized Roach Combats in every room speaks to the knowledge of the Bug issue. I was there for a visit to MDAnderson for cancer treatment and comfort and cleanliness were very important so we left and went to a Hotel and did not receive a refund so think twice before booking on this site or any other house rental.

Cozy Rental

Everything was satisfactory. Host provided snacks, plenty of soap for dishes, bathing, and laundry. Sufficient dishes and utensils were provided for cooking most items. Very accessible to highway for commuting to nearby areas.
