Beautiful Villa

This is our second leg of our holiday vacation rental from TMI for 10 nights , what can you say, the villa is like a show home , very expensive furnished , well equipped, pool toys, bicycles, cool boxes, beach towels etc. Backyard views are lovely, looking onto the waterway, Lots of wildlife, local kids park, golfing very close to this villa. Beautiful professionally decorated home.

This property is truly stunning. This was our first home with pool rental and it was glorious. Overall, the home was very well kept and clean with a few exceptions. The beautiful tile floor was not scrubbed thoroughly, because we wiped it everywhere and noticed the soil. We wore inside shoes to try to keep everything clean. The master bath with whirlpool is huge. I never used the whirlpool but had to clean hair from it. One suggestion regarding the toilets. Please replace with Kohler comfort height no clog toilets with larger pipe openings because the clogging was annoying even with the Scott tissue we used. Cannot understand why any builder would install plumbing that was not adequate. One last item. The king sized beds were lovely but when I changed the sheets on the bed with the huge bath, I noticed dark hair all over the mattress pad. Almost like a large animal rolled over the entire bed.. The pad obviously wasn’t laundered. Well, it had to be washed which I didn’t plan to do on my vacation. Don’t know if the beautiful comforters were washed but know they would never fit in the washing machine on property, so we removed them to the third bedroom. There are plenty of quality towels and nice sheets and cotton carpets in the bathrooms. The refrigerator required cleaning of the door shelves. Otherwise the kitchen was very clean. All furniture was well waxed. Don’t hesitate to rent this property because it is beautiful and we had a great time.

Awesome place, lovely!!!!

Property was immaculate. Well cared for, has what you need. Pool was FANTASTIC. Location is good for a QUIET vacation experience. A bit remote if looking for action. Great location to explore all neighborhoods. Gave us a picture of what's available when looking at a move to the area. Response was quick from management. We had no issues. Just a great house and location.. Will love to return anytime. Thanks Lesley for making it possible to stay in such a great location. See you soon.
