This exquisitely remodeled condo offers some of the greatest amenities available at any gulf front property. This second floor two bedroom, one bathroom condo offers one of the most convenient locations in all of Sandestin Resort. Enjoy gulf front views and pool views without ever having to step foot in the elevator. Exactly! You won’t have to wait for the elevator to unload your vehicle or get to the beach. This unit has direct access to the parking deck and you are only one level above the heated swimming pool.

Spend your morning sipping coffee and watching the sun rise from the comfy captains chairs or melt into your seat with an afternoon beverage and watch the sun set from your personal balcony!

This condo has been recently renovated including all new furniture, flooring and fresh paint; not to mention the beautiful spa like bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need for the perfect meal. There are 2 bar stools and seating for 4 at the dining table.

The master bedroom has a plush king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The living room sofa is also a sleeper; if you need more room to spread out. When booking a vacation with young children or a couple’s getaway you will agree this is the perfect beachfront condo. When the kids are not enjoying the beach or pool, relax inside in front of one of the three smart televisions equipped with YouTube Tv or use any of your streaming services from home or take the shuttle over to Baytowne Wharf.
Baytowne is a great place to enjoy dinner, drinks, shopping and entertainment without going too far.

**This unit is unfortunately NOT Handicap accessible. There are four stairs up to the level where the condo is located. There is a step up into the unit and you must step over a 6 ` threshold to get from the living area to the balcony.**

*The front side of the condo building will be undergoing some renovations 9/22/25 until approximately 4/26/26. The stucco and windows will be replaced. Due to the location of our condo, noise should be extremely limited during your stay except while outside near the renovation area. Please see picture in the listing for area affected.*

LOCATION
Beach, pool and entertainment are steps away, including the beach bar just outside the building. Of all the Sandestin condos on this exclusive 2200 acre resort community you will be one of the closest to the pool and beach. The Beachside 2 pool area overlooking the gulf will give you the option to spend quality vacation time at both the pool and sand while always taking in the gulf views. You can rent chair set up or use our complimentary chairs (5 provided plus 1 umbrella).

AMENITIES
This unit comes with complimentary shuttle access to Baytowne Wharf and other areas of the resort. At Baytowne Wharf you can walk along the cobblestone pathways to the waterfront restaurants, enjoy dueling pianos, Baytowne Adventure Zone, shopping, zip lines, obstacle courses, a marina and more. During the summer there are weekly fireworks and lots of activities. Don’t forget to enjoy Jolie Island paths on the bayside of Sandestin as well.

Sandestin is a gated community with guarded security gate access. This building has additional gated access within the larger community. The beach and pool are also private with gate access, however, the beach is shared with other Sandestin guests.The building itself has some cardio equipment if you want to get in an early morning workout, a tv room and a large ice machine for guests to use.

Security is provided 24/7 at Sandestin and parking is available in the covered lot or on the fist floor outside at the lobby level. There are restrooms at the pool and inside on the lobby. You can reserve your tee times to play golf at one of the three golf courses or play pickle ball or tennis by reserving your court at the Marina. You can reserve beach service (chairs and umbrella in person on the beach) through Sandestin. There is a basketball court located beachside, movie theatre at the shops of Grand Boulevard, fishing charters at the Sandestin Marina and many biking and walking trails. Literally everything you could need or want on your vacation is close by. This unit has FREE WIFI and IN UNIT Washer and Dryer.

PICKLEBALL COURT:
Pickleball Court is now available next to the basketball court in the front of the building.

GOLF:
Sandestin has three courses, however Emerald Bay Golf Club and Regatta Bay are worth the drive to Destin. Also, close by are Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club as well as Raven Golf Club.

AIRPORTS
Destin Fort Walton Airport (VPS) is 24 miles away and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (Panama City) is approximately 40 miles east.
