I appreciate your suggestion about adding a roof over the handicap ramp. The home was designed and maintained to meet accessibility needs while also staying compliant with building codes and community guidelines. At this time, a covered ramp is not part of the structure, but I do everything I can to keep the property safe and accessible for all guests. I also provide details in the listing so that guests know exactly what to expect before arrival. I always welcome thoughtful suggestions from guests, and I am glad you shared this idea. My goal is for everyone to have a comfortable, enjoyable experience, and I am pleased that you found the home well cared for and conveniently located near the beach and shops.
