** Nouveau sur le marché locatif à partir de janvier 2019 ** Bienvenue à la maison William Marston vers 1780, située dans le village de Marstons Mills! Cette magnifique maison historique était auparavant une auberge et a été restaurée au cours des quinze dernières années pour devenir une maison familiale rénovée et magnifiquement entretenue. Avec ses six chambres et ses cinq salles de bain, la maison peut accueillir confortablement douze personnes. Une grande cuisine avec coin repas peut accueillir une foule, tandis qu'une salle à manger formelle et un patio extérieur offrent davantage d'options de restauration. Le patio ombragé et la grande piscine creusée surplombent Mill Pond et dix acres de terres protégées.

La propriété de 3 hectares offre à ses clients une vue magnifique, des jardins de fleurs vivaces et des pelouses luxuriantes - un cadre paisible et privé idéalement situé à proximité des attractions et des attractions de Cape. Les boutiques du village et la bibliothèque sont accessibles à pied, l’épicerie Stop & Shop est à moins de 2 km et la plage la plus proche à 3 km. Les boutiques et restaurants de la rue principale sont à quelques minutes de route, ce qui comprend le village d'Osterville (5 minutes) et Mashpee Commons (10 minutes). LA MAISON: La maison de plus de 4500 pieds carrés dispose de 12 chambres. Le premier étage comprend une cuisine d'été, une cuisine / salle à manger, une salle à manger, un grand salon avec un piano à queue et une véranda donnant sur le patio et la piscine. Sur un côté de la maison, le deuxième étage comprend cinq chambres, dont une suite de deux chambres (idéale pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants) et trois salles de bain complètes. L'autre côté de la maison a une suite principale lumineuse et aérée avec une vue magnifique sur l'étang. Le gestionnaire immobilier habite sur place dans un logement séparé. S'il vous plaît, ne fumez pas et en raison des sols en bois dur d'origine, nous vous demandons de garder vos animaux domestiques à la maison. Je vous remercie :)

Great Antique Colonial with great outdoor space. Pool was nice and refreshing. Layout is typical colonial with steep narrow stairs. Bedrooms are in the corners upstairs of main house with South side the double and queen room west side of house is large room with nice king size suit above it. Caretaker does a great walk thru at start of stay to figure out all the quirks. Good cake location within ten minutes of most everything.

Our three-generation family vacations together in a different location in the U.S. each year and this lovely, historic home played a significant role in this year’s adventure. None of the house’s modern amenities have compromised its 250 year-old charm—from the grand piano in the oversized living room, to the comfy beds with fluffy down duvets, to the formal dining room that easily accommodated our family of eleven for evening meals, complete with three sets of high-end dishes for our use and an oversized original 150-year Edward Coates painting over the fireplace. The house features a well-stocked and updated kitchen and laundry area, 4.5 updated bathrooms, and central air. The adults marveled over the antiques and the architecture while the grandkids spent hours in the pool, and playing cornhole and wiffle ball on the immense side yard. The large grounds are remarkably well-kept and over-look a large pond — believe it or not, with its own swans. But in spite of the property’s size, great morning lattes are just a quick walk away at The Fig Tree. From the day we booked the house a year ago, communication with Dennis has been exceptional and it was nice to finally meet him when he greeted us and gave us a tour of the property. It’s an easy group consensus that of all the Vrbos and their destinations we’ve experienced in the last 15 years, this home is our favorite.

We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked, pool was fantastic and there were many extra such as all linens including pool towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as laundry detergent. We especially loved having the beach pass which allowed us to visit local beaches not otherwise accessible to visitors. Dennis was very attentive and helpful throughout our visit. We loved our stay - Dennis was super responsive and property is beautiful/as advertised. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and beach pass was great ! If you have little kids be aware back door gives easy entry to backyard with deep unfenced pool and steps in the house are steep but with careful supervision we were fine ! Master suite was beautiful and other bedrooms comfortable and spacious. The appliances could use easy upgrades- washer/dryer took a very long time/mildew and dishwasher door broken. We would stay again for sure !

Beautiful Birthday

This charming house with beautiful grounds and a pool was perfection to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. We were able to receive family at the beginning of the week and friends at the end celebrating at the nearby beaches and sharing dinners by the pool. Dennis really cares about the property and managed our communication well. We would love to visit/rent this beautiful place again in the future.

the property is gorgeous and well mantained, perfect for children overall. Close to lots of beaches and other things to do. the pool was a life saver in the hot weather and the yard is large for games. The kitchen has everything you need as well which was helpful. the property manager lives on site and was wonderful and attentive yet respectful of privacy. He truly made the stay more enjoyable.

Perfect house and location

This house was perfect for our family of twelve. We loved the layout of the house and the local area. Dennis was a perfect host. He met us on arrival and gave us a quick tour. He was available if needed but respected our privacy. The house has an interesting history and is located in a beautiful area of the cape. We enjoyed swimming and beachcombing at Craigsville Beach. Fabulous Family Reunion Property

Our family selected this extraordinary property for our post-2020 family reunion. It was everything we hoped for and more. There was something for everyone: easy access to lovely beaches, an exquisite pool, colonial artifacts, a delightful dollhouse for the kids, gorgeous scenery, a fully-outfitted kitchen, and tons of space (and privacy). Dennis the property manager was an absolute delight. He even gifted us some yummy organic summer squash from his garden! We thoroughly enjoyed this property and hope to return in the future.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful antique home in Marston Mills. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The property is very unique with wide pine floors and a variety of antique furnishings throughout, with tasteful modern kitchen and bathrooms. The house offers plenty of places for group activities and quiet corners to relax in. House is in easy Walking distance to a few small stores and cafes. Large yard and heated pool, back patio with awning offer lots of outdoor space for groups to congregate. Great birdwatching from the sun room. When planning, keep in mind that the room with the trundle bed is in a space shared with one of the other bedrooms— it is not in an entirely separate bedroom. We hope to return in future summers!

Awesome Cape Cod Vacation

The house fit all of our needs; we had age ranges from infant to 76 years old. The pool was great for extra fun after exploring the nearby beaches; it is awesome that you can visit many different beaches within a short distance. Plenty of space for everyone to get some alone time when needed. We loved using the front/side yard for wiffle ball, soccer and running around. The covered porch by the pool was great for dinner and relaxing at night regardless of the weather. Dennis, the property manager, is excellent. He was very responsive to questions and helpful with ideas of things to do and places to see.

Family get-together

Everything was perfect start to finish! On arrival, we were met by Dennis who gave us a tour of the home and some of the history. The house is huge and has lots of room to gather together or find a corner to be by yourself. Having the beautiful pool in the yard was the icing on the cake. Dennis couldn’t be more cordial or helpful. The house is equipped with pretty much everything you might need for your stay. Just add food and wine! Great experience and lots of fun and the bonus was the wonderful weather when a week of rain had been forecasted.

50th Anniversary Celebration

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay! From the moment we booked, Dennis (property manager) was attentive, professional, and easy to communicate with. The home was even more beautiful in person. It was a treat to stay in such a charming and historical home. The layout was perfect for our family of 12 (grandparents, parents, and children). Although we were a large group there were plenty of places to spread out and enjoy some solitude. We enjoyed sharing family meals in the kitchen, dining room, or patio. The kids spent a ton of time in the pool while the adults relaxed. The location was ideal for exploring the Cape. It was a memorable way to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We hope to return!
