24-hour security is provide at this gated resort. This condo is located at Pelican Beach Resort on the 12th floor (Unit 1203). It is a newly renovated 1-bedroom condo with stunning Gulf of Mexico views from your private balcony, an open-concept living area, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests.

Relax and spread out in style with a spacious living room featuring two couches and a cozy bedroom with a king bed. The fully equipped kitchen is designed with a bar that overlooks the living area, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a casual meal. The living area also includes a sofa bed and a Roku-enabled Smart TV with Hulu for your entertainment needs.

The hallway features two cozy bunk beds, each with its own smaller individual TVs, providing additional sleeping space for guests or children.

The onsite amenities include climate controlled indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tub(s), sauna, fitness center, covered parking garage, tennis/pickleball courts, outdoor gas grills, cafe' & Tiki Bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks by the pool or on the beach. Coin operated washer and dryer are available on each floor. It is the perfect getaway for relaxation or fun with tons of outdoor/indoor activities for both adults and kids.

Pelican Beach Resort is strategically located in one of the most sought after areas in Destin. Walk across the street to the Big Kahuna Water Park, Chick Fil-A, and Starbucks. It is convenient to many of the best restaurants in the area, Harbor Walk, outlet malls, the list is endless.

Since Pelican Beach Resort is a very popular destination, the beach does get crowded seasonally (May through August). For a better beach experience, please reserve your beach service early at La Dolce Vita Beach Service to get the front rows (first come first served). For guests' convenience, I do have two reclining beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon that can haul all of your beach gear, that anyone is free to use that are found in the owner's closet, if you choose not to rent.

I provide tons of garbage bags, dishwash pods, toilet paper & paper towels so few less things you need to worry about bringing.

THERE IS NOT A WASHER AND DRYER IN THE UNIT. IT IS IN THE HALLWAY ON THE SAME FLOOR.

This unit is located close to the elevators.
