Your island vacation awaits! Let your cares drift away as you begin your stay at this beautiful ground-level Amelia Surf and Racquet villa. The entire space feels wonderfully refreshed, featuring newly installed luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring in the bedrooms and fresh, stylish decor accents throughout!

The inviting living space is beautifully appointed in calming coastal blues and crisp neutrals, featuring a comfortable upholstered sofa and loveseat, plus a flat-screen smart TV. Slider glass doors open to your private covered patio, offering lovely views of the manicured grounds and the community pool. Best of all, the ground-level location means you can step off your patio and walk straight out to the beach!

The completely remodeled, fully equipped kitchen is an absolute dream. Boasting stunning white cabinetry, gleaming quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, it has everything you need to prepare family meals or quick beach snacks to go. Enjoy your culinary creations at the adjacent dining area, which provides seating for six at a classic wooden table. For your convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are also located right in the kitchen.

The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat furnished with a plush king bed and a flat-screen smart TV. The attached master bathroom features a spacious vanity and a beautiful tiled walk-in shower.

The sunny second bedroom is perfect for family or friends, furnished with two full-sized beds and a flat-screen smart TV. Just outside the bedroom is the second full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. A privacy door in the hallway can be closed off to connect the bedroom and bathroom, creating a private, secluded suite!

Aside from its unbeatable proximity to the beach, Amelia Surf and Racquet offers two fabulous pools, four Har-Tru surfaced tennis courts, and an outdoor grill/picnic area. A beautiful condo, access to the pool and beach right out the back door. Beach view was a little limited since you are on the ground floor, but access was more important to us! Everything was in great condition and it has all you might need. I did take our own Keurig since there was only a regular coffee maker. The information was all provided for us and we had good communication. Nice large washer and dryer. And such a comfortable bed! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Family vacation

Everything was just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. The condo is convenient to the pool which makes it nice when you have young children. It’s just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Great location too. The check in process didn’t go very well because the highlighted important check in instructions were difficult to read. We arrived late and our door code didn’t work. We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties and while this one is very nice, there are no extras included. We didn’t even have pepper. Not having beach chairs and an umbrella in a beach condo is less than ideal for your guests. Also, the 10 am check out time is too early especially if no one else is checking in that day.

We had a very nice time at the condo. Loved the close proximity to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Condo was clean and there were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

Thanksgiving get away

We booked for our first Thanksgiving without my dad. We lost him a few weeks before. It was the perfect place to spend quality time with family. Great people to work with.

Great Property

We visit AI multiple times a year, and this was our first time staying at the condo. It’s located right at the pool which makes it so much easier when traveling with a little one! We enjoyed our stay and the host even called to check in Saturday just to make sure everything was good! We will certainly be back and I highly recommend Amelia Island Getaways!

Wonderful Visit to AI

This condo checked all the boxes when we booked it and I am pleased to say it exceeded our expectations in every way possible during our stay. Great unit, clean, functional and we loved how close it was to the pool and the board walk to the beach. The management company was fantastic. Just the right amount of communication and if there was a need to contact them, they were very responsive. My wife and I are already discussing coming back next year.

Fantastic Spot

This corner ground floor unit was great,..easy access to ocean and pool. Kids in pool a bit noisy but that happens everywhere. Some beach chairs, and umbrellas would be nice. I would recommend this rental.

We had a short but amazing stay at this condo. It was clean and appeared in person just as it did in the photos. The property manager was very nice and helpful. Hands down, it was the best customer service we have had with a property management company when booking a vacation rental. We loved being on the first floor and being able to walk directly out to the pool. It was also a short 2 minute walk to the beach. They provided all of the starter essentials we needed. The only thing I wish they would have had was a Keurig coffee maker. They did have a regular coffee maker so it worked out. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. We went to the Sandbar, Salty Pelican and The Back Porch Southern Eats restaurants. All of them were great! We went for a walk every morning and just had to cross the street to get to the sidewalk. I would definitely stay here again.
