AMELIA ISLAND RESORT - TURTLE DUNES OCEANFRONT CONDO WITH POOL/TENNIS

This recently updated villa is located in the Turtle Dunes Condominium at the Amelia Island Plantation Resort. This villa offers two oceanfront bedrooms, both with balcony access. The villa has been fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing getaway including beach chairs, beach towels, linens, towels, and paper products. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. In this rental guest will enjoy access to the newly renovated sea turtle pool, dunes club tennis courts, easy beach access, miles of biking trails, spas, multiple golf courses and numerous dining options. Bike and golf car rentals are available.

Located just 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach which includes many restaurants, shops, galleries, and breweries.

Fantastic property - very well decorated and well appointed, comfortable. We have stayed in many Turtle Dunes units and this is one of the nicest, felt taken care of like an owned unit vs a rental.

Relaxing piece of paradise

This condo was absolutely perfect! The views are beautiful, the location to the beach was short and easy, the pool was wonderful, the amenities felt just like home. Stacy is an amazing host- great communication and so kind and welcoming. Everything has been thought of to make your stay easy- a full kitchen for easy cooking, lots of hooks to dry towels, nightlights in the restroom, comfy beds, plenty of paper goods and dishwashing soap. Nothing can be improved upon! Very much look forward to returning next summer!

Peaceful!

We were so surprised by how calm, beautiful, and peaceful it was at this rental. The facilities are all super clean and well-maintained. Stacy was very welcoming and helpful. We especially appreciated the stock of sundry items (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.). It also saved us a lot of time and effort not having to bring our beach chairs and wagon, because we had access to them there! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The perfect condo for a family vacation

Stacy made our stay wonderful, from communicating to the fresh flowers, wine and local beer to all of the amenities in the condo. Amelia Island is our family vacation spot and we’ve stayed at Turtle Dunes a few times, and this condo had everything! You will not regret staying here.

Amelia Island Turtle Dunes

We spent a few days at this beautiful condo. It was the perfect location to relax and enjoy Amelia Island. Very well maintained and beautifully decorated. It was nice the have two bedrooms that had ocean views. Stacey was the perfect host from the start. Left us a sweet note and beautiful flowers, along with some local brewed beer and a bottle of wine. The condo was fully stocked with paper products and everything you would need to cook if needed. Stacey went out of her way to make us comfortable and was just a text away if needed. I can’t recommend this condo enough and will definitely be back.

School Vacation Week

We had a wonderful week. The condo and location were perfect for our family's much needed R&R. The condo was in great shape and just as described/shown in the listing. The pool and beach were amazing and only steps away from the condo, making it super easy and quick to go back and forth and come and go. The condo complex and grounds were beautiful and well-maintained and in a perfect/quiet part of the Omni complex. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location was--just what we were after. The shops at the Villa provided good, easy nearby food options, and the Harris Teeter grocery store is super close (5 minutes) and nice. Tennis/pickle ball courts right there, and great trails all over the place. We didn't go to town much but that was close/easy, too. Great mini golf. Great trails/alligators, too, at Egan Creek. Communication from Stacy was perfect--efficient, proactive, and friendly. All in all just a great spot/week. Thank you!

Stunning oceanfront stay, best beds all face ocean

Absolute best location on the Island. Both bedrooms face the ocean and all beds are incredibly comfortable, you won’t want to get out of them! Just a few steps to the beach. It rained a few days during our stay and it was also cozy to spend time in the condo.

Amazing Amelia

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. Everything is a stated and the condo was very clean with lots of extra's. Our weather was a little cool and foggy the first part of our stay, but we finally got to use the beautiful pool on Thursday before we left. Amelia is a wonderful destination and much quieter than many parts of Florida this time of year.

What a great place

Great location and amenities!

My husband, teenagers and I loved our time at turtle dunes. The beach was an easy walk as was the pool. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed with many thoughtful touches supplied by the owner. I hope to return for a future vacation!
