L'emplacement idéal sur le bord de la ville mais super pratique pour de nombreuses plages, pistes cyclables et boutiques. Cette maison lumineuse, spacieuse et aérée de 5 étages et 5 chambres à coucher est magnifiquement et confortablement meublée et offre de beaux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs pour se divertir et se détendre.

L'étage principal dispose d'un salon spacieux, salle à manger ouvre qui accueille 10 ouvre sur le pont, cuisine entièrement équipée avec coin buanderie et salle d'eau.

Premier étage chambre des maîtres dispose d'un plafond cathédrale et un mur de verre avec des curseurs à la terrasse, un grand placard et salle de bain avec douche surdimensionnée et baignoire jacuzzi séparée.

Le maître du deuxième étage spacieux donne sur Woodbury Lane et dispose d'une grande salle de bain principale avec jacuzzi en coin. Deux chambres supplémentaires au deuxième étage partagent une grande baignoire. Une chambre dispose d'un lit queen avec sa propre terrasse donnant sur la cour. Une chambre supplémentaire dispose de deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent se combiner à un lit king.

La zone du troisième étage dispose de deux lits jumeaux (qui se combinent à un roi) et sa propre salle de bain et salon.

Magnifiques planchers de bois franc fraîchement repeints (2017). Cette maison impeccable est très bien entretenue.

L'arrière-cour est spacieuse et privée, et dispose d'une terrasse avec table à manger et grill, entouré d'hortensias. Ou, salon dans la cour sur la zone de cocktail "deep seating".

Cadre calme et serein contigu à la terre de conservation. Vraiment l'endroit idéal pour visiter Nantucket.

This was our third return visit because everything was just so perfect - the hosts have thought of everything a family could need to have the most restful and smooth vacation. The location of 31 Woodbury is so convenient and walking distance to town and the beach. There are also so many places for our family to congregate in the house, with the upstairs sitting area being a favorite for our young people. And I can't not mention how gorgeous the front garden was, bursting with color. Million thanks again for another wonderful vacation.

Another outstanding week in Nantucket

This is our second time to stay at this beautiful and very well positioned home. Our adult family and friends so loved the home and all its amenities. The house is close to town, the cliffs and the many beaches. Easy walking and biking distance . We cannot wait to go back again. Sad to leave today. Perfection on Nantucket

From the time we booked 31 Woodbury to the moment we checked out, this was an absolutely perfect vacation. The hosts are top-notch and the beautifully-located house is in perfect condition. Fabulous location

We loved this property - in town location and we biked and walked everywhere. It has a very homey feel - very comfortable. We were 4 couples and everyone had a king size bed and their own bathroom. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

Nantucket gem

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The house is very well appointed with everything you need and more. From the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom to boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach - the hosts made our stay as easy as possible. I would highly recommend this property!

Even better than the photos

The property was amazing and the owners were very responsive. The house was in a quiet neighborhood very close to down town and all the restaurants, and the inside and outside were even better then the listing. The beds were comfortable and most everything has been updated to a clean modern look. We will be looking for this listing next time we come into town.

Our Nantucket Happy Place!

We have only amazing things to say about this beautiful house, a short 5 minute walk from town. This summer was our second time staying at Jody and Mark's house and we looked forward to it all year! The house is spacious and beautiful, absolutely spotless and the perfect layout for both the kids and adults. The street is gorgeous and the walk to town is beautiful and so convenient. We absolutely love this house and these hosts!

Such a wonderful family/friends vacation - beautiful home away from home

Such a special home; close to the town, beaches and other fun activities. The house was stocked with so much thought and attention. The decorations and the bedrooms were very bright and attractive and the room layout flowed very well to accommodate my adult family and friends. Our dog was made to feel so comfortable and he had the best time being with everybody. The ability to put a car ferry was worth its weight in gold. We would certainly love to return very soon. Amazing

We had a wonderful time. The hosts were awesome, very responsive, and organized on communication for arrival, departure, and island activities. The house set up perfectly for our needs with a master on 1st floor + master on 2nd floor. Great flow for separating adults from teenagers (or guests), including a 3rd floor hang-out area. Yoga on the roof-deck in early AM/evening was spectacular with a nice Nantucket breeze. Easy way to town and access point to get to south side beaches as well as Jetties/Sandbar. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Perfect family vacation home

We couldn't be happier with our stay. The home is completely updated and perfectly suited for a group of 10. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare and serve family meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated and spacious enough for everyone to spread out. The basement is stocked with more than enough beach chairs, umbrellas, games, coolers, etc. The backyard is so pretty and quiet, a perfect setting to relax with a book or a cocktail. If you choose to go into town, it's a short walk through a charming section of town. Jody and Mark were a pleasure to deal with. They have put a lot of work and love into this home and it shows.

Fabulous Location for a Family Vacation

We were able to stay at Jody and Mark's lovely home for a week to celebrate my recent marriage with mine and my husband's family. Everyone had an absolutely lovely time exploring Nantucket with this wonderful space as our home base. The owners informed us shortly before arrival that they had just renovated all of the bathrooms in the home, it was a great surprise that made it feel like we were at a resort! The backyard is another highlight of this home, we did not feel like we were missing out on anything when we decided to stay in and chill in the backyard rather than go into town. When we did want to go to town it was a short and pleasant walk from the house. I cannot recommend this house enough, the only issue is you will find it hard to leave!

Surpassed all expectations - amazing property

Our stay at 31 Woodbury was truly exceptional. The amazing detail, well-stocked amenities, perfect location, and gracious hosts made our stay unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for more. It was evident that Mark and Jody put a lot of thought and care into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Their graciousness extended to organizing our ferry booking, which was a godsend. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more, especially the kitchen. The location of the house was nothing short of perfect. We loved the serenity of the back yard with the wide open sky and view of the land bank, the short walk to town, and the ease of biking to many beaches. Cant wait to return next year!

Fantastic location, perfect home...

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Jody and Mark's home! The location is excellent and allowed us to take walks down their beautiful tree lined street into town many times a day. Also centrally located to beaches, Cisco, etc., getting to/from the home was a breeze. The home was absolutely perfect for our family - we used the master on the 1st floor and our children used the master on the 2nd floor and one of the other bedrooms for their child. We used the 3rd floor as an office to get some work done - fully equipped with a printer and supplies! The decor and finishes were beautiful, outdoor grill was great, and beyond that, the house was completely stocked with everything and anything we could possibly need. The best we have experienced! Thank you Jody and Mark!!

Every part of Nantucket is wonderful, but Woodbury Lane is extra special. Everyone always says, "Wow!" when pulling onto the lane from North Liberty. It's beautiful. It's a 2-minute pedal to the bike path and a 10-minute stroll to town for shopping or dinner. No worries about driving or parking. We LOVE the location.
