Beautiful house

The house is very well designed and laid out. The owners have outfitted it nicely. The owners were very easy to work with and communicated effectively throughout the process.The negatives: It is not really close to town. It is a solid 1 mile walk. The house is also on a corner of a really busy street so walking on it feels less that safe. There is also quite a bit of street noise at all hours of the day and night.

Michael - while we appreciate your review and that you enjoyed your stay, it is very clear on the map and in our listing details EXACTLY where we are located (top of Main Street and start of Madaket road). Your personal preference of where we are located should not warrant taking away a star, and we are disappointed that is how you chose to rate us when everything about your stay was great. And if you put a pin to 6 Madaket Road (our home) to Murray’s Togglery shop (downtown, on Main Street), it is .6miles. If you don’t like walking at all, maybe our location isn’t the best for you and next time we would advise you stay at a hotel in the heart of downtown. However, it seems you aren’t a fan of noise, so be cautious on many of the hotel locations downtown. As for safety, we are on the main road that leads out to Madaket that can get busy in the spring and summer months. But our property is well enclosed. I quite enjoy watching the bikers and pedestrians walking by on the bike path daily. We have many neighbors on Madaket Road who have small children and do not feel unsafe. It’s unfortunate that sometimes summer drivers can go too fast and we hope the town will implement some speed bumps around the island. Hopefully you can find what you looking for in a location next time you visit nantucket. But it is rare to find a beautiful house like ours walking distance to the center of downtown with a pool!

Memorable ACK Stay

This was the first trip with our two year old and we couldn’t have asked for a better set up. The house is brand new, spacious, located minutes by foot from town, and has a terrific backyard equipped with heated pool, bbq and fire pit. A true rarity on the island, which we’ve been coming to every year for the last 10+ years. The property owners couldn’t have been nicer and were so responsive and attentive. We look forward to returning next season. Truly a unique and memorable property.

Absolutely Wonderful

Ashley and Nick’s home is a pure stunner-incredibly decorated-All 5 bdrms are suites and home has two master Brms. Everything in this home is perfect and so well thought out. Backyard patio, pool, outdoor shower, BBQ and gas fireplace was a treat- Indoor gas fireplace - all chairs, towels, umbrellas and even a two coolers for the beach. Easy walk into town. Beautiful porch with rocking chairs for a cocktail. Sonos in every room and pool area. I know I’m missing a lot. Amazing stay fantastic hosts.

Great House, Great Location, Great Week in Nantucket!

We really enjoyed this home. It was very clean, very well appointed with great amenities, and also brilliantly designed. The front porch is perfect setting for coffee in the morning while reading a book. It’s a calming spot for aperitivos and wine before heading out to dinner. The outside of the home is well manicured and the owners designed a nice space for summer cookouts. We enjoyed our time outside with the pristine pool, and the glowing fire pit at night. It’s just a 10 minute walk to town, a quick ride to Cisco Brewery and to multiple great beaches. We had a great time staying close to town. The home was very comfortable and beautifully designed for adults and kids. The owners were very accommodating and quickly responded to questions."

Exceptional experience!!

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at this amazing house!! It was just perfect in every way. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. We truly enjoyed the pool and outside fireplace area!! Great location. Ashley was so wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!!

This property is exceptional, the owners are incredibly responsive kind and helpful.

This property is a gem, house is absolutely beautiful, pool and back yard are an oasis. Great location, walk to town .Perfect for families , lots of space and so beautifully decorated. Kitchen is completely stocked for all of your cooking needs. The owners are incredibly kind and responsive . We would stay all summer if we had the opportunity! Definitely coming back!

Exceptional Property, Exceptional Location, this is a 5 star property that is close to everything!

Ashley the owner is amazing, helped out with any and all questions we had. Keep in mind this is a brand new property, everything was done right, and you are in the perfect proximity to town! If this is your first time on the island or you are a frequent guest of the island, you will be more than satisfied with this property! The only regret is we couldn’t stay two weeks!
