Stayed here to be close to the Sports Complexes for a National Championship Softball Tournament. The condo was everything the listing showed and the property managers were hands off allowing relaxation to be had by all. Property felt safe and off the road with the gated aspect. The only real noise to be had was from the animals from the nearby zoo. I would highly recommend staying here especially with it not being far from the Gulf, beaches, shops, and night life of the Gulf coast.

It was a very nice property. I can’t deny it, but there was an issue with cleanliness. There were a lot of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in both bedrooms and the living room as well. In the bedroom with a double bed there was also a dead gecko in I did reach out about the spiderwebs being removed, and I was told that the housekeeper would come back and then I asked if they could come the next day cause it was kind of late and after that I quit getting responses about it. I have a child that has severe asthma and allergies, and we were a bit of a distance away from other family members, but whenever we left and before we returned, they had to do a breathing treatment.

Dirty, bug infested, and no cares from management

Our stay here was frustrating, and highly disappointing. Beyond the cost of the condo, there was an additional 75 dollars in fees to park our car and trailer. The unit was very uncleaupon inspection, and filled with both dead and live inse. Ants, beetles, moths, and spiders. We found two spiders in bed with us, and went home with several in our party having painful ant bites. The dust under the bed was piled up in large quantities. There was minimal supplies for me to clean with. The oven would not open without scraping the cabinets, the pots and pans were stained and flaking with their ceramic coating no longer helping with non stick. The dish packet sample provided was not a decent enough quality to even dissolve. The spices were old and hardened leaving them unusable. Management was not a help. I was told a maintenance supervisor would come to assess the property, and a maintenance employee who informed me he was not the supervisor and was no housekeeper was there to sweep for me. He swept the floors as best as he could, but missed several areas, including where there were rodent droppings and spider webs with spiders in them. The shower curtains and linens, carpet, and couch were stained. The shower in the master bathroom the handle was not attached and I was scared to use it. The list goes on. I wouldn't recommend.
