Cozy apartment with small pool with amazing view!

Avocado apartment is newly furnished apartment made by the vision to create modern and comfortable home for our guests. The apartment has 60 square meters with the air-condition which can accommodate 4 persons. It includes 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine. There is a terrace with cozy outdoor furniture to enjoy summer nights in our lovely Dubrovnik, as well as a above ground swimming pool available from June till mid September. The entire place is a blend of white sensation and lot of sunshine and light. A bus stop, with frequent links to Dubrovnik Old City is just 3 minutes walking distance, while there are two supermarkets, bakeries and restaurant only 5 minutes from the apartment. Please be aware that there are 50 stairs leading to the apartment so if you have mobility issues or small babies in strollers maybe it is not sutaible for you.

The apartment is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood which is only 2.8 kilometers driving distance and 2.2 kilometers walking distance from the Old town, while many supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and other shops are in 1 kilometers walking distance. This is a perfect place to enjoy your holidays having everything in a short walk.
