Larry's Lakefront Sleeps 14 with a Private Beach!

Larry's Lakefront is a gorgeous wooded waterfront retreat. The main floor has 4 bdrms, a full bathroom, open kitchen/dining & a large living room great for game night or viewing your favorite movie! Upstairs has 2 king bdrms & a full bathroom w/a double sink & shower. Central AC was just installed as well as heat. There is a beautiful 100+ stone fireplace to look at but not available to use. There are 2 firepits for your use, 1 near the house & 1 on the beach!

You can use the grassy areas in the front of the house and the back of the house. Walk through the woods and enjoy nature. Use the beach directly in front of the house. The Michigan Law allows you to walk along the shoreline but you can not walk on to other peoples property including their beach.

If a situation arrives and you have a question or problem, you can call or text me on my cell phone. Just tell me what house you are staying in (we have several) and I will try to solve your problem as quick as I can!

Larry's Lake House is pretty private. It sits on 4 acres of treed land. You will feel like your up north!!

A car is suggested for going shopping, kayaking, the drive-in or other places. The Lexington area does have a taxi cab if you don't feeling like driving any where!!
Must be over 25 to rent the house
No parties, loud voices or loud music is allowed

NO SMOKING ALLOWED!!!!

Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors!

Do not use the 100+ year old fireplace. It could also cause problems with the TV.

No fireworks are allowed any time per Lexington Township Ordinances

When checking out, we ask that you remove your used sheets and pillows and put them on the kitchen floor in a pile.

We ask that you put your used towels and washcloths from both bathrooms in a separate pile on the kitchen floor before you check out.

Trash is to be put into the trash cans not outside of the can as animals will tear it up. Trash cans need to be put at the road (M-25/Lakeshore Rd) by Tuesday night.

We absolutely loved our stay at this lake house! The home is incredibly comfortable and cozy, with every detail thoughtfully provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking and serving, and the linens and bedding are wonderfully luxurious. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax while taking in the stunning view of Lake Huron. The beach and lake views are simply breathtaking — we didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to come back to this little piece of paradise.

Great Lake House Experience!Had a wonderful stay at Larry's Lake House. When family issues required us to change our dates, the owners were very accommodating and helpful. They also sent us good recommendations for local activities and restaurants via text during our stay.The lake views are beautiful from every window, and the accommodations are modern, clean, and well-maintained. Everything was in great condition.Nice combination of scenic views, comfortable amenities, and attentive hosts. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

What a lovely place! We really enjoyed the sparkling beauty of Lake Huron, the gorgeous sunrises, and the sound of the waves at night (during our stay, it was perfect weather for leaving bedroom windows open at night).

Second year we stayed at the house. Perfect for a group of friends to spend the weekend. House comes well stocked. Stairs to the beach are a little steep if you have older parents, etc. but great view and nice deck / backyard to enjoy.

Perfect girl's weekend

We stayed here for the first time for our annual girl's getaway and we will definitely be back! The house is so clean and nicely appointed and the view is amazing! 6 bedrooms so plenty of room for eceryone!

Nice house for a large group of friends

I stayed at the house with 9 other friends for a 3 day weekend. House was as advertised as well as nice backyard and deck, along with view of the lake. Would stay here again.

We spent three nights with 14 people. This place has everything you need or dreamed for. Private beach, clean, green backyard, huge jacuzzi ,quite surroundings, spectacular view. You need only one thing there - spend more days!!!!!!!!!!

Christmas in April

This was a fantastic Christmas gift to my children. It was our first time at Larry’s Lakefront, but not our last. The home is beautiful, clean, well stocked and a haven for privacy. All appliances are modern and mattresses very comfortable. We were sorry to see it end.

something to do for everyone. the property is very pretty and the house is highly maintained and fully stocked. relax in the hot tub. enjoy a board game with friends. and of course the beauty and vigor of the lake. take out a kayak and you really feel its strength
