Blue Water Beach House! Amazing Beach, sleeps 20!

Gorgeous lake front cottage with PRIVATE beach access nestled right in between Lexington and Port Sanilac -- both downtowns are less than a 10 minute drive away! You will be mesmerized by the expansive picturesque views of Lake Huron immediately upon entering the house. Create lifelong memories with your family and friends while basking in the tranquility of the crystal blue waters and occasional ships passing by in the distance.

Head down to the beach and enjoy the sandy shallow waters in your secluded escape. Relax in the hot tub after a dip in the lake or in the evening after a day of fun-filled activities. On clearer nights, stargazing while in the hot tub is an unforgettable experience.
The house sleeps up to 20 guests with 3 full bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking necessities and there is an outdoor grill to enjoy homecooked meals. We know you will have an amazing experience at the Blue Water Beach House, but we always strive to improve. Feedback and questions are always welcome!
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 6 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors'way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
-Please stay on the rental property and do not venture into neighbors yards. It is a driveway across the street, not a road.
