If you would like to visit Newport I would recommend this property. Everything was within walking distance and there is this cute little diner across the street that served breakfast and had the best coffee. Parking was a little tricky but other than that I would stay here again.

Weekend vacation

Property was exactly like the pictures. Location was perfect distance from restaurants without being too close to noise. Communication was easy. Nothing wrong/not working and extremely clean. Great time and will definitely be booking this same place again!

Great location and wonderful stay! Close to everything, including the free #67 bus (in between 2 of the stops), 15-minute walk to 2 grocery stores, darling restaurants and pubs are a block away. Quiet location and spacious for a family of 4. The only small issue was the laundry; it is onsite but not in the unit, you will need to bring quarters and detergent. Newport was one stop on our trip and doing laundry was a key reason for choosing the unit. Other than that, I would not hesitate to book this unit! PS check out the Charter bookstore on Broadway on your way to the wharf-they have authors regularly scheduled to speak.

Great location, no-frills unit

The unit is in a great location, a short walk to all things in downtown Newport. The unit is clean and works for a short stay in town. However, the photos in the listing display a different unit in the same building (this unit has smaller and/or less furniture), the beds are small and rather uncomfortable, the couch in the living room is smaller than the one shown and is broken, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear your neighbors pretty easily. Overall, it's a fine place to stay to be close to downtown Newport, but provides minimal amenities.

Decent place, just needs some touches to make it a 5

Place wasn’t the same as in the listing for the living room there was a coffee table (there wasn’t which would’ve been nice), kitchen was different color, and beds were different. Property itself is in a great location. Rooms need some work though. Beds were flimsy, couch arm was broken and couch itself was very small. place is better suited for 2 people rather than 4. Also extremely loud. Could constantly hear the people in other units slamming their doors and someone’s dog barked into all hours of the night. Parking was fine as there is a driveway with 1 spot reserved and then we were able to find a spot in a lot for the other car since it was a weekend. Overall it was a nice place and it suited our needs, I just wish there was a little more space to sit and that the couch was broken!
