The property is a private 40 acre parcel for you and your group to enjoy. There are trails throughout the property for your enjoyment. We have Hi-speed internet via Star-link for all your tech needs. Washer and Dryer in the basement. Plenty of space on the couch for everyone to stretch out on a rainy day. Easy access to the grocery store to stock up on supplies. Enjoy the stars at night while staying warm by the firepit. Bring your Dirt Bikes and toys along with you to explore the property. Direct Winter access to the Maine Snowmobile Trail System.

The house was clean,comfortable and everything that was described in the listing. We were there for our son’s wedding. I have rented vacation homes in a few states and this home had the most comfortable beds! The showers had amazing water pressure and great appliances. If I ever have to travel in that are of Maine, I would rent again. The host was very responsive.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Tha accommodations were perfect for our big family. None of my family had anything negative to say. And I appreciate the extra communications we had to make the transition great as this is the first time I ever did a rental. It was great place to stretch out with the family, 5 adults, an 8 year old and 2 under 2, we were all very comfortable. We were there to visit other family in the area, and hosted everyone for dinner, so 4 other adults, some teenagers and more 6,7,8 year olds, very comfortable in the house and in the grounds

Fantastic

It is just absolutely beautiful here! The house is spacious and fun. And if you enjoy seeing wildlife this is your place. I saw a flock of wild turkeys and a deer. Plus its far enough from a city to have beautiful peace but still close enough to do shopping. Overall fantastic!

Volunteer housing

Everything at Ryan‘s VRBO was perfectly fine for our needs. We were a group of volunteers volunteering for a program about 30 minutes from the house. We had to drive back-and-forth multiple times a day and everything was fine. He knew that we were large group size and unfortunately didn’t leave very much toilet paper find by Moore, however, finding a location to buy more found to be quite difficult. It’s very neat has everything that you might need for a basic stay? It’s clearly a rental property with rental fixtures and furnishings, but worked perfectly fine for our group of adults and one child who just needed a place to sleep and shower. I would know that if you are a large group of people that don’t know each other too well one whole bathroom is really attached to a bedroom and so it makes it pretty unusable for the rest of the group, so just note that if you are looking for a large group

When we drove up, it appeared overgrown; the grass was long and bushes needed trimming. Walking in the house to assess, the floors seemed like they hadn't been mopped in a while, socks got dirty fast. They have cheap round toilets; 200 would give them the elongated toilets, preferred by most men. There are no darkening curtains or shades in the master bedroom; we were awakened up at 5AM by the sun. We asked for extra towels; came the next day. They finally mowed the lawn on our 7th day out of our 10 days there. It would've been nice to have it freshly mowed upon our arrival. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, coffee pot, etc. Overall, the house was fairly comfortable and met our needs.
