Welcome to Pismo Beach! Bring your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish 3 BR property minutes away from some of the best activities in Pismo Beach!

Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 6 adults and 1 child and with only being one block from beach you can't go wrong!!

Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath:

*Master bedroom w/ Queen Bed and en suite on upper level

*Two Queen guest bedrooms, one with a twin mattress pad available for a child and a shared bath at the end of the hallway on lower level

*Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining for 6 and bar seating for 4

In the heart of town but very private and peaceful.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking for up to 2 cars in garage and street parking. No parking in front of garage.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords

This property does not have Air Conditioning which is common for properties in the Pismo Beach area.

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

The unit is very nicely furnished, well located, and the host, Megan was very responsive to inquiries. A larger living and dining room than most made it perfect for our group of 6 adults. No musty smell like a lot of other beach housing. And the 2-car garage was a godsend on Fourth of July weekend! We loved our stay and would certainly recommend it to others.

Wonderful condo, just right for a short beach town visit. It was also great having access to the two car garage for parking, as beach towns are notoriously difficult for finding street parking. There is very little outside space, but that was described accurately in the listing.We did have issues with the kitchen. Of all the VRBO’s I’ve been to that I rented, or my son rented, this was the worst stocked kitchen I’ve seen. Fortunately, being on vacation we don’t cook much. However we did try to cook breakfast a couple mornings to find frying pans so old and beat up that they were unusable(I have pictures). Ended up cooking scrambled eggs in a bowl in the microwave (yuk). The two pots that were there, one was missing a handle!This should be addressed by the owner. Toss out the cookware, not even good enough to move to the ‘camping supply bin’ in storage.Check-in and check-out were easy, and overall we had a nice stay.

What a fun stay! Everything we needed was there! The home was very clean with clear instructions and smooth moving in. Megan was a super responsive host when we had any questions at all. We loved the quiet location, a short walk to coffee shops and then to the ocean and pier, or to enjoy an evening sunset walk so close to home. Attached garage parking added a nice convenience. The upper level living area was very comfortable, great sofas and tv. It really became home and was hard for us to leave. Thank you, Megan, hope to stay with you again!

As a bbq lover the use of the bbq was very nice. New and a high end brand that did not flare up. Made the best porterhouses of my life. As a 6.1 man, the shower was very roomy

This property was perfect for our family. Great space, close to the beach, and close to all downtown Pismo amenities. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The property itself was in a good location. The cleanliness of the interior was terrible. When we first got there we could not find the remotes for the living room TV and one of the bedroom TV’s downstairs. I contacted Megan and she sent a maintenance person to find the remotes which were locked up in a cabinet in the garage. Once those were found the maintenance person had to go get new batteries because they would not work. There was no remotes for the garage door so you had to pull your car out then walk back inside the main entrance to close the garage door. Remotes were the least of the issues. There was sand and hair in our bedding which means it wasn’t cleaned properly from the last time it was used. The master bedroom upstairs had vertical blinds on the sliding door that would not close completely and most of the slats were broke. It should be noted that the sliding door faces a very busy walk way that people use to walk into town from the RV park across the bridge. If you were to turn the lights on at night pedestrians could see in while walking by. We had to put a sheet over the blinds just to have privacy. The beds downstairs also had sand and hair in them. My son in law dropped his cell phone in between the couch cushions and it fell to the floor. In order to retrieve it we lifted the leg rest on the couch and it was disgusting under the couch. It obviously had never been moved and cleaned under it for months if not longer. Megan responded promptly when messaged.

In addition we received approval and fully replaced the blinds in the primary bedroom and we are taking steps to address these cleaning points immediately.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beach rental! The house was spacious, clean, and so nicely decorated – it felt like the perfect coastal getaway. I traveled with my husband, my in-laws, and three kids (all 14 and under), and everyone absolutely loved it. My 8-year-old nephew even said he felt like he was dreaming because the house was so beautiful – and honestly, we all agreed!The location was great, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The owner went above and beyond with communication – they were so kind, checked in on us during our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a gorgeous and family-friendly beach getaway!

Perfect Pismo Beach Getaway

I can't say enough about how perfect this lodging is in terms of cleanliness, comfort and location. The townhouse is ideally located just minutes from the beach and in easy walking distance to the center of town. It easily accommodated our group of seven. Megan, the property contact person, Megan, made herself readily available to ensure a pleasant stay. We would be happy to stay here again!

Great location

Great townhome one block from the beach. It’s a few blocks from the pier - so you’re still close enough to walk downtown and the beach is less busy. Washer dryer and full kitchen in unit. There’s a nice desk in the main room if you’re working from the beach.
