Welcome to Pismo Beach! Bring your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish 3 BR property minutes away from some of the best activities in Pismo Beach!

Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 8 and with an ocean view and one block from beach you can't go wrong!!

Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath:

*Master bedroom w/ King Bed and en suite on upper level, sleeper sofa in living room

*Two guest bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bath at the end of the hallway on lower level

*Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining

In the heart of town but very private and peaceful.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking for up to 2 cars in garage and street parking. No parking in front of garage.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Beautiful property & close to the beach!

We stayed for a quick weekend trip. The property was decorated beautifully and worked perfectly for our family and extended family to stay together in lieu of a hotel.

Gorgeous house! Well decorated and modern updated feel and aesthetic, bright, airy, comfy beds, everything we needed was in the kitchen, wonderful big ceiling fans, lots of towels, a wagon and beach chairs in the garage, very clean... I can't say enough positive things about our stay there. OH, the location - perfect! A one block walk to the beach and everything downtown has to offer including the pier were super close. I highly reccomend this house and would 100% stay here again.

Pismo Family Trip

We took the grandkids (4) on a mini vacation
 the house (as pictured) was perfect for all of us. Beach, food, shopping and activities all within walking distance was greatly appreciated. The only thing that would have improved our stay would be having beach chairs
 we brought our own beach towels so we sat on those and watched the kids play. Overall, we had a great time and hope to go back again!

Very clean and close to everything in Pismo

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It is a very short walk to the beach and really close to everything in town. We walked everywhere we went. We really enjoyed the house and the location. We made some great memories on this trip and look forward to staying here again.

Pismo beach retreat

The property was amazing, located near the beach, pier and down town. The only time I got in my was to go to Avila Beach. Megan was a great host leading up to the trip, during the trip, and now after the trip, Great communication with her!!!

Christmas Holiday

We had a very relaxing comfortable trip! Our host made everything so easy. She even included a Christmas tree with all the trimmings! The home is centrally located with easy access to shops, beach and cinnamon rolls!! They even had a small playpen for baby. Everything was clean, warm and cozy!Thank you for a great stay!

Fresh, clean, modern stay

We had a great time here. The location and cleanliness were pristine! It was really convenient to have the whole garage for storage and parking for 2 cars but we also found easy parking on the street. Beds were comfy, the place is newly remodeled or very modern and very clean!!! The only thing that was misleading was it said that had “childrens toys” but was only a few card games and scrabble, so come prepared! We did use their pack play which was new and clean. They only provided 1 kitchen towel which was difficult with no draining board. When I asked the property contact for more she stated to use paper towels, which was difficult when doing dishes. Minor detail but was also annoying as there was no draining board and with kids it would be nice to have extra kitchen towels. Otherwise I’d stay again! Thank you!!

Great Location!!

The location was great. Plenty of parking
our two SUV fit in the garage. We could walk to most of the restaurants and the beach. A nice surprise was they had a wagon, beach chairs and sand toys available for guests to use at the beach. The floor plan was a reverse plan. Two bedrooms and bathroom were at ground level when you enter the condo. The master bedroom with an attached bathroom was off the living area and kitchen dining area. The master bathroom and two access doors
one from the bedroom and one from the living area, which was very convenient. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots, pans needed for cooking
but we all opted to eat out
. No cooking on vacation The only few complaints were the downstairs bedrooms could hear the water pipes from the upstairs, the stairs are a bit steep especially with little ones and it could have been cleaned a bit better
cob webs and dust on the plants etc. Over all we had a great time and could not have found a better location. The property hosts we very good and kept in touch with us concerning any questions we had.
