Everything at the villa was as advertised on the site, we had no issues during our 2 weeks stay, glad I had the pool heating was so warm.

Great house and community. My wife and I used it to attend the Sun N' Fun fly-in at Lakeland, about 40 minutes drive away. Much better accommodations than were available there, and I've stayed in Haines City previously for the same reason. We particularly enjoyed the nice weather and large, screened-in patio, and spent most of our time out there. Used the pool and hot tub. There is a community clubhouse if you want to swim laps in a bigger pool and small fitness room with elliptical, exercise bike and a weight lifting system. There are bikes in the garage, and I used one to tour the neighborhood and get daily exercise. Beds are very comfortable (a major plus, with temperature sensitive foam pads on top) and the AC system and other appliances all work well.

Location perfect.only about an hour from all the parks including Bush Gardens. We visited both Universal and Bush Gardens “roller coaster “and spent the rest of the week by the pool/hot tub.brilliant

Great place and wondrrful location.

Truly enjoyed our time at the property. Would recommend. Went for many walks through the neighborhood. Friendly neighbors including the sandhill cranes. Would stay again.

Best place we have stayed in the last 10 years!

We come down every year for a golf trip and this was the best property we have ever stayed based on location, access, comfortable beds, and accessories. Peo was extremely prompt and ensured everything was perfect for our stat. We will DEFINITELY be back to book next year.

The property was not as clean or well kept as it was listed. The inside of house was cleaned ok as we had fake eyelashes left in the master bathroom. Also the outside of property was not maintained well. The pool wasn’t cleaned properly. It had lots of trash in it. The master bed had a stained foam topper on it. Not a luxury as was stated. We enjoyed our time in Florida but wouldn’t stay there again. I also have pic to show the issues.
