We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.

Located in the middle of all the appeal and attraction of downtown. Hike to the top of Signal Hill and take in the breathtaking ocean views that Newfoundland has to offer. Or, take a short walk to the unique and trendy restaurants, pubs and local shops, scattered all across St. John’s downtown.

This is a charming and quirky home in an ideal St. John's neighborhood. We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars we wanted to visit- nothing was more then 10 minutes away. It was ideal!

Great location

Great location for walking to city attractions. Bedrooms are on 3rd floor. Kitchen on lowest of 4 floors with nice outdoor patio. Very comfortable.

Positives: excellent location. Kitchen and bath are well stocked. Cable TV. Wi-Fi. Excellent water pressure. Some decent decor such as a chandelier and some art. Eclectic collection of books. Linens and sheets smelled freshly laundered (although old). Negatives: advertised as sleeps 4 with a queen bee and a full bed. It actually has 2 full beds and a couch. My daughter slept on the couch (not a pull out) and the full bed is not big enough for two adults. My son took the other full bed. Very rundown. Chairs with cushions that fall off. Sofas that are stained with very saggy cushions. No conductive sitting space for a family. Had to fix the upstairs bedroom slats for the platform bed as they fell off. Area rugs that were very old and therefore kind of disgusting to walk on. My daughter got two cuts on her foot by walking on the one in the TV room with the sofa, which makes you wonder if it’s actually vacuumed. The “private yard” is overgrown and covered in algae and broken wood. Live plants in the house that are in very poor condition (I watered them). Remote control blind in upper bedroom that doesn’t close completely. None of the drawers in the bedrooms work. Door don’t latch. Etc. The entire house just looked like a mishmash of furnishing and accessories that are either broken or unwanted from somewhere else, and hasn’t been cared for or maintained for a decade.
