Villa Blanca was designed by HGTV award-winning Lagnappe Custom Interiors and features exquisite wall treatments, island-inspired lighting, coffered ceilings and handmade porcelain tile. Cook your favorite meal in the brand-new designer kitchen or serve up your own take on St. Thomas’s famous painkiller at the bar. There’s ample space for relaxing, playing a game of pool at the custom billiards table or enjoying the ocean breeze as it drifts through the open-air living area.

No detail has been overlooked inside Villa Blanca three spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a four-poster bed and ensuite bath with a glass-enclosed shower and soaking tub. French doors from the primary bedroom lead to a private deck overlooking the harbor. The two guest bedrooms each have their own ensuite baths and spacious closets, and one guest bedroom also has deck access. There is a powder room located next to the dining room for guests’ convenience. Villa Blanca also features a washer and dryer, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The exterior of Villa Blanca features a large veranda with space for outdoor dining and a gazebo tucked into the trees. It is located in Estate Mafolie, a peaceful residential neighborhood filled with stately villas and historic homes. The central location places you just a 10-minute drive from shopping and dining in Charlotte Amalie and world-famous Magens Bay. Nightly rates for Villa Blanca start at $700 and vary by season.
