Maison de plage spacieuse de 5 chambres avec 4 salles de bain complètes et 1 demi Cette maison pourra accueillir 16 personnes. Promenade facile à la plage! Situé à ¾ mile au sud de la jetée de Surfside, de merveilleux restaurants et bars et à 2 miles au nord de Garden City Pier avec une grande arcade et de la pêche. La maison est à quelques minutes en voiture de Murrells Inlet, de la promenade de Myrtle Beach et de Broadway at the Beach.

À l'extérieur: Un espace de divertissement complet dans la cour: piscine creusée chauffée de 12 x 24 pi, un bain à remous pour 6 personnes, un grand patio de 14 x 28 avec foyer et station de gril à gaz et de nombreux sièges pour tout le monde. Il y a un deuxième gril à gaz sur le côté de la maison et un gril à charbon. Le stationnement sous le garage et l'allée peut accueillir 4 voitures selon la taille.

À l'intérieur: Une maison très propre, exceptionnellement entretenue et entièrement meublée. Il dispose d'un service WIFI haut débit gratuit et la cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour accueillir 16 personnes. Le salon a été équipé d'un téléviseur plasma de 50 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD Blue Ray qui est sans fil prêt à regarder toutes vos émissions HD et Netflix. Les chambres ont 1 King, 5 Queens, 1 Dbl et 1 canapé-lit pour 16 personnes. Le Master bdrm est meublé avec un téléviseur plasma de 50 pouces et les autres chambres ont de grands téléviseurs à écran plat. Tous les lits Queen ont été mis à niveau pour inclure un surmatelas Temper Pedic et la chambre principale a un matelas King Rest Beauty Rest. Toutes les salles de bains ont un sèche-cheveux et la buanderie a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. Tous les draps, serviettes et serviettes de plage sont fournis.

We came for the week on a golf trip. The house was great and the heated pool and hot tub were awesome. The grill was amazing as well. Would highly recommend and we plan to book again next year.

Best family vacation

I would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and enough large beach towels for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beach was less than a 5 minute walk.

Winter get away

Loved where the property was located. Great restaurants, 10 min from Myrtle Beach, 15 to the airport it was perfect! A few steps away from the ocean which we walked everyday. Pool was heated and was perfect.

Family Vacation

The accomodations and property were exactly as promised. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 5 children. The private pool and hot tub were definitely a hit. Golf, ice cream and play grounds were all close by.

Quiet getaway

Check was a breeze, we were surprised to have so many beach towels available, she’d was full of toys the boys loved to play with. The beach was within walking distance and the neighbors were super friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely recommend this house.

Family Trip

We had a great family vacation here at Windswept. The house is very nice lots of room and has everything you could possibly need and more. It was great having beach toys, towels and chairs available. The pool and backyard area is awesome. Super close to the beach just a short block walk. We rented a golf cart was great to get around to playground, pier and restaurants. Kay is wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING HOME!

This is the 2nd time we have rented from Kay. We have stayed in both Windswept A and B. We love both homes! Our family has been renting homes in the Surfside/Garden City area for more than 20 years and I can honestly say Kay has been the most accommodating of all. We will definitely be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay. A very short walk to the beach. The house provides everything you can think of that you would need. Beds are comfy, nice spacious rooms! Nice heated pool and hot tub. Family Vacation

We stayed here for a large family vacation and had a great time! The location and property were excellent. We were surprised with how well stocked the house was with most everything we needed plus stuff we wouldn't have expected the rental to include. The location was the perfect distance from the beach and also plenty of great restaurants and things to do including mini golf, bowling and a water park. One of the 5 beds (the double bedroom) was a little creaky but that would be the only minor con I could possibly think off. 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful in every way!

We had a group of 16- including 5 children under 5. The space was plenty to accommodate everyone and allow some privacy for each family. The home was well appointed with everything we needed, plus many extras, so that we didn’t have to pack as much stuff. Location- perfect! Literally steps to the beach! Highly recommend a golf cart to buzz around the neighborhood. Kay was very responsive and the check in /out process a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Property

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have had. Everything was clean and plenty of room for all of us. Access to beach was a short walk and easy. We especially enjoyed the back yard area. We spent a lot of time outside. Even though it was summer we enjoyed the hot tub. Nice way to relax and unwind. I was initially concerned about the parking however we had plenty of room with 4 large SUV's. Thanks Kaye for sharing your house with us. We had a wonderful vacation.

Barcia/Tucker family trip

Everything is there for a great experience! We had 8 people, from 17 yrs old and up. The beach is less than a block walk. The back yard pool, hot tub, gazebo, grill, fire pit and shed (with pool and beach gear) provided all-day fun and convenience. The house and accommodations were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and Kay was very attentive and responsive. This was a memorable trip for our families and we plan on returning. I highly recommend!

We love the properties Windswept and Backyard Oasis and have created our own brand that we named Windswept Beach Rentals. The homes are spacious and well designed. They are very close to the beach so we can still hear the ocean when relaxing in the backyard. The individual backyards are very large and private compared to the majority of the homes in the area. We looked at several homes that were single standing, but we found the yards to be small and the pools even smaller. We also noticed that even though it was a single home there were many more homes close together that peered over the backyard.
