This beautiful home is a peaceful getaway, the perfect place for your next vacation! It has been remodeled with your needs in mind! 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open-concept kitchen/living/dining room - situated in the center of Treasure Island of New Port Richey. It has a 2 car driveway and an RV slip with water and an electric hook-up.
The space
The backyard is very private - you can sit and relax, enjoying the outdoors or BBQ some of your favorite meals! There is a lovely trail in the neighboring woods where you can enjoy a quiet walk or sit back and relax on the swings hung in the nearby trees.

Looking for more things to do? Simply walk to the neighboring lot to set sail in our kayaks or fish from the dock. We also have bicycles set out to use should you want to ride around in our quiet neighborhood.
Guest access
Access is granted to the neighboring lot where you can use the docks, kayaks, fishing poles, or just relax sitting on the dock overlooking the water.
Other things to note
If you are traveling via motorhome/rv, there is parking and electric/cable and water hook-ups at the side of the home for your convenience.
