House was very cute. Had a blast in the pool, and lots of different kinds of fish in the canal. I would definitely book this house again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived to a beautifully clean and well stocked home. My husband and son loved fishing from the dock, though not much was caught, it was tons of fun! Our host was quick to respond to any queries that we had, which made it a pleasure dealing with him. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Florida. Thank you so much.

If you drop a shrimp to the middle of the canal, you can catch catfish all day long not everybody likes to catch catfish but it’s still a lot of fun. Hope to see you and your family again soon Ralph

Third time staying here, love this place! Pool is great for the little ones, right next to the water. Love sitting early on a morning and seeing what wildlife has come to visit the dock that day!House is basic, but very functional, and CLEAN. We had a small leak from the outdoor tap on the house, and Ralph was straight on it, and immediately had someone round to look at it. 5 stars!

Very enjoyable, hot tub tremendous, pool temp 87 and clean, house clean, fishing pretty good. Only drawback was patio seating. Hard cement seats around concrete table, good thing we brought a couple of collapsable chairs. Other than that, pretty good value for the money we paid.

Very nice place close to everything. Loved heated pool. Everything you needed to make a home cooked meal. Nice neighbor’s! Ralph was helpful and communicative. When we got there, two of the outside chairs were broken on the patio I would assume from the storms from the previous week he replaced them and I had them the first day I was there. I would love to come back again

Wonderful Vacation Home

We completely enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect with the house and location on the canal can't be beat. Communication with owner Ralph was excellent, quick to reply, no issues with check in/out. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great location, quite neighborhood and communication with Ralph was great! The kids had so much fun in the pool and fishing off of the dock!

Check in was easy as Ralph gave us the code to the property before arrival. The property is very clean and looks to be newly remodeled. We were able to enjoy the pool and the hot tub, but wished there was more lounge chairs around the pool. There were only 2 and one was broken. The location is perfect for driving to area beaches. My daughters got a kick out of the egret that liked to visit daily. He was quite friendly.

We absolutely enjoyed our week at this home! The house is very spacious and came with everything we needed. Family enjoyed fishing on dock and even say a dolphin out back! The pool was great for lounging around. Homeowner was great to work with!

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I were very impressed with this home. The location was perfect for us and so peaceful. We were able to drive our jet skis out to a lot of beautiful areas, relax in the pool and hot tub, and the neighbors were wonderful. Will definitely be visiting again!

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close by to stores, restaurants and loads of family-friendly activities! Ralph was so easy to work with and was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. I highly recommend this accommodation if you are planning a trip to this area!

Quiet neighborhood

Great house with lots of amenities. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, clean, and safe. We enjoyed using the heated pool and hot tub everyday.
