Welcome to the Modern Farmhouse - A Luxurious Retreat in the Poconos

- No proms/High School or College groups, 25 years+ to book

- Not pet friendly- sorry, we have other homes available that can host pets

- Heated pool is open from early April to mid October. Propane in the off-season (before Memorial Day and after Labor Day) is an additional fee. Please inquire about the charges.

Our group stayed here for a golf trip and could not have been happier with the house. We had a large group of guys, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The sleeping arrangements were great, and the common areas gave us lots of space to hang out together between rounds.The amenities really made the trip. The poker table got a ton of use, the movie theater was a huge bonus, and the backyard was perfect for lawn games and spending time outside. It never felt crowded, even with a full house.The host was excellent to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear, proactive, and helpful, and everything went exactly as expected.If you’re looking for a place that can comfortably accommodate a large group, this is an easy recommendation. We would absolutely stay here again.

What an experience we had!! Awesome and amazing are not enough words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay. The place exceed our expectations and we will always remember this Sisters weekend retreat! Everything was as described, clean rooms, kitchen, I mean everything was on point. Some of the ladies enjoyed the hot tub so much! We were comfortable and hung out frequently as a group in the garage area! Love, love, love it!! Also I must commend the host, from booking to the final day he was very nice and helpful just to make sure our stay was enjoyable!! Looking for a getaway? This is the place to be!!

Amazing stay for our family reunion! House was very clean and the yard was big and wonderful. Tons to do on property for all ages. Generally took about 30 minutes to get to most hiking, beach and other offsite activities. Fortunately, the house was extremely well equipped to handle a wide range of fun activities for all. Eugene was wonderful to deal with…extremely prompt to answer any questions or address any concerns. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you, Eugene!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Poconos home and couldn’t have asked for a better place for a family weekend getaway. The house truly had everything we needed and more. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up the home was.One of the highlights was the amazing movie room, which was perfect for watching the NFL games together. Everyone gathered, relaxed, and enjoyed the experience like we were in our own private theater. The game room was another huge hit, keeping both kids and adults entertained the entire weekend and creating nonstop laughs and memories.The location was ideal and close to everything we wanted to do in the Poconos, making it easy to enjoy the area without long drives. On top of that, the owner was incredibly attentive and helpful, always responsive and accommodating. Allowing us to check out a little later made a big difference and helped us enjoy our final day without feeling rushed.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect setting for quality family time, and we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and stress free Poconos getaway.
