Huge house with lots of rooms. Plenty of firewood. The stream on the property was refreshing. Lots of games and the piano sounds great. Would recommend to other musicians. Great and friendly hosts.

Hosted our gathering at this property and we had a wonderful time. House was easy to find, and was clean upon check-in. Property has lots of space for recreation, and is well maintained.

Perfect charming, rustic weekend spot for our large family of all ages to gather for a local wedding. Pool, pingping, and card games were the center of the house and all the adult cousins enjoyed the large couches for catching up into the wee hours. Lovely porch and babbling brook for meandering. Private sleeping spaces were nice and although only 3 baths, they were updated and spacious and we managed well on wedding day. Wallenpaupak fun and Tobyhanna Park very close with trails.

We are a multi-generational group of five families who have been doing an annual get-together for many years. This house and property met all of our needs. The large well stocked kitchen was terrific. We were able to sleep everyone comfortably, cook the large meals that we love to prepare, and gather around the fire pit while listening to the sounds of the stream. One morning it rained so we played all of the games indoors that are on offer. The location is good with nearby amenities such as grocery store, liquor store, hikes to go on, etc, but there was honestly no need to leave the property once you get there, as there are enough things to do to keep people amused, or enough ways to relax if you simply want to sit on the porch and read a book.

This place is amazing! We rent it out two times a year for our men’s retreat! This is a very relaxing peaceful place right by the stream. The kitchen is huge great for cooking. There are more than enough areas to sleep. They have so much extra bedding pillows towels. A volleyball court fire pit all kinds of yard games pool ping-pong. Can’t say enough about this place! Firewood provided!

Def needed to keep the fire going as things could get cold quick. The space was roomy, the kitchen was so great for cooking while sitting with family and still engaging. The brook outside was truly beautiful to hear and to visit. The laundry took convenient and fully stocked. Beds were comfy and so much space. I really enjoyed the space and hope to rent again, in the future.

Absolutely fantastic!! There was NOT one thing that we didn’t like about this place. So much to do inside and outside of the house. If you have a BIG family like I do, then I would 100% recommend this as a place to stay!!

We have stayed here in the past, but not recently. We were impressed with the upgrades to the property, which is perfect for a large family gathering. There is just about anything you can need for your stay. We cooked, used the grill and lit up the fire pit. Plus the house was seasonally decorated on the outside which was just too cute. We're already planning our next visit.
