Clean and nice for a family!

I would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed staying here with my family! Everything was clean and kitchen was fully stocked. Glad we stayed here.

Father's day retreat

Upon arrival we were so satisfied with the cleanliness and overall look of the accommodations. Communication with Mark was great, was even able to chat with him outside of the VRBO application. 100% would stay there or recommended this place to our friends and family.

Awesome property

This condo is a awesome property. Great location. Very clean and neat. We would definitely recommend it 100 percent. Looking forward to coming back to this place. Our host Mr. Mark Morales was awesome.

Clean, fun, and roomy

The place was amazing and very much supplied with what we needed. Walking distance to the beach was very short and not bad at all. However at 10 pm we could hear the music from a local bar. In the bunk bed room it was not as loud but in the master room. But we will be back.

Great place

Great cozy place. Owners literally thought of everything to possible need or want. We really enjoyed it. We come to South Padre every year and I think we just found our go to place to book for now on!! Side note we left our floats down by the pool and when we went to grab them the following day they were gone. Im assuming some of the other tenants either borrowed or just straight up took them not sure but just be aware not to leave your stuff by the pool. Not at any fault of the owners just the other the tenants. :-)

It was good

It was good wish it was cleaner with more supplies available. Had to go to the store several times for a 3 night stay for everyday simple items. I've been in several airbnbs and everyone has had simple items to get by each day. Some of the dishes were dirty I had to wash and wipe down stuff. Other than that it was good.

Family/ Birthday Trip

Very Nice Room, had everything we needed 2 bedroom but with the Sofabed it basically made it into a 3 bedroom. 5 minute walk to the beach. Definitely coming back!!

Great little rental

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this condo. The beach was basically across the street. It was totally within walking distance. The condo was great. There were a ton of stores and restaurants all in walking distance.

Extraordinary Get Away

The location was prime. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, CVS, beach access, and gas station. The property itself is very well kept. The interior was very cozy and the common area was perfect for the entire family. Communication with Mark was superb. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing location and home, bring shampoo

It is one of best locations in South Padre. Minutes to walk to beach. Minutes to talk to walk to strip with restaurants, bars, stores. Less than 10 minutes to Gravity Park. CVS is 2 mins walk. The home is spcious,, clean, and includes access to small private pool (shared with 3 other condos). Only quibble is that we were not aware that shampoo would not be included, which I've never encountered before. So, make sure to bring or prepare to buy.

Beautiful place but several issues not disclosed

Let me start by saying the place is as described in the pictures but several things came up and were responded to by Mark but when asked how it could be resolved he never responded back. There were 3 of us staying for 4 days and only 2 wash cloths were provided and 6 towels. Dryer was broke and did not disclose this until I asked about the washcloths and towels. There is no icemaker and there is no soap provided for the bathtubs so make sure you are aware before staying here. The internet did not work the entire 4 days I was there. That was not good as could not use the TV's or the laptops. Thank goodness I had a work phone with me with a hotspot to get on to do work I needed to do. What is very frustrating is that no resolution/refund even if a little was offered. No response to my text for the resolution.
