1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin, canapé-lit Queen. Les deux chambres l'accès d'un grand balcon avec vue sur la cour piscine / cour encadrée de palmiers, de bananiers, et des oiseaux de paradis. Télévision par câble couleur dans le salon et la chambre principale avec HBO. Salle capacités = 6 chaises et 2 tabourets de bar. La piscine tranquille avec Tubi chaude vous offre repos et de détente dans un cadre verdoyant tropical paysagé. Vous êtes juste en face de la plage, à quelques pas du sable fin et des eaux chaudes bleu-vert de la plus belle plage de la côte du Golfe. Un permis de stationnement est fourni par condo loué.

The condo was clean and well-equipped. I will agree with previous guests that it could use a little upgrade, but I would definitely stay here again. Close to everything!

We stayed at the property 9 nights and really enjoyed it. The property was well set up with almost everything we needed to be comfortable for the stay. The location is excellent and makes it easy to walk to the entertainment district and easy beach access. The heated pool and hot tub were both clean and great. Highly recommend.

Best family vacation

Loved the property, very clean, total beach vibes and great location. Short walk to the beach and a nice pool to cool off and enjoy after a day at the beach. Will definitely be back again next Summer!

Loved the location of the property. The property was nice. The actual unit we stayed in could use a really good cleaning and things in the kitchen like hot pads and kitchen gloves for taking things out of a hot oven. There was nothing. We bought a spatula for the kitchen. The bathrooms really need cleaning under the shower ledge seat. Very roomy and comfortable all in all.

Family getaway

My family of four stayed here for four nights. The property is dated and could use a refresh - been a longer time since I saw a water closet that small. But the location was outstanding near the beach and walkable to restaurants and stores

Thank you for letting us host your getaway! I'm sorry you found the place dated, we do our best to keep it fresh and clean, despite being an older home. There's little we can do about the size (though we wish we could!) and try to accurately depict the size in our photos. Despite the small water closet, we're so glad you enjoyed your stay in our home and on South Padre Island!

Great Stay, Perfect location for us

Found availability a bit last minute & glad we did! Booked for 4 days & ended up adding an extra night because we were having a great time & wanted to enjoy the beach another full day. For our fam of 3 & based on what we like to do, location was perfect. Cross the street 1 way to Gravity Park, cross the street the other way to beach access. Everything found as the pictures presented. All important things checked out - felt safe, plumbing worked, water pressure good, no insect/pest issue, mattress & pillows super comfy, AC good, nothing broken, clean pool, maintenance of trees good. Check in process super easy at main office. Would def stay again. Only small thing my booking was non-refundable & wish it was as my parents couldn’t make it after all & I would’ve rescheduled- but I knew it was nonrefundable before booking so….

Loved it

We loved our stay at this place. It was nice and clean as well as adequately stocked. Beautiful landscape in the pool area, with banana trees and palm trees. Just had a small problem getting into the property due to the gate key not working (salt water). Key was exchanged, but still had issues. No problems checking in. Nice, very helpful and polite staff. Short walk to the ocean. Clean beach, clean water. We loved our stay and we will definitively be back. Thank you for hosting us.

Beach View Stay

We loved the location. Great place within walking distance of all our favorite places. My kids enjoyed the pool, but we spent most of our time on the beach. Room could have been a bit cleaner. Floors were covered with sand and there were cobwebs under the kitchen cabinets. There were no blankets for the fold out bed to the couch so one of my sons had to use our beach blanket as a cover. The dryer vent was packed full of lint. It needs a deep cleaning. Other than these minor things the room was great! We loved our stay!

Lovely location

The location could not be any better. Beach access is across the street. Go there for the day an hour or a morning walk location is so convenient not just for the beach but restaurants and shopping as well. Pool was wonderful, the condo was as pictured. We enjoyed our visit, our only complaint would be that they were upgrading the condo complex the week we were there so they were grinding the walkways down to re-do them, we were aware it was happening but told only a day or two not every single week day from about 8 am until 7pm. It made it hard to enjoy the pool at all as it was too loud to sit and relax by and we ended up cutting our time there short. I am sure it will be beautiful if we come back but annoying as it woke our kids up as well. No naps for those days.

Disappointed

The interior was average but the stairs and balcony leading to the condo are reflective of third world country, badly in need of surface repair and painting. Excessively disappointing and embarrassing to have guests. The drapes in the guest bedroom, which I did nit use, make Motel Six look like Fifth Avenue. The shades on the bedside lamps in the master bedroom would be rejects at a garage sale. The rest of the conco, though adequate, is NOT equal to the fee I paid. Unfortunately, I could have had the same apartment through local rental for almost seven hundred dollars less than going through vrbo.

Not super clean, good location.

We found a cocharoach on one of the beds. There were some socks under the twin bed. At arrival it smelled like cigarettes, thankfully i brought my own lysol and did a quickly clean over the place. Otherwise, good location. Place is outdated but it didn't matter to us, because it's spacious and worth the money.

Thank you for choosing Padre Island Rentals or your stay, it was a pleasure to host you. I am sorry that we missed a bug prior to your check in. I know how import cleanliness is when I travel and will use this opportunity to retrain our housekeepers. We do a thorough cleaning before you check in, it is very unfortunate the previous guest smoked in the condo and left a smell. I have contacted our housekeeping manager to do a deep clean, including soft surfaces to make sure the condo is ready for our next guest. I hope you and your family were still able to enjoy the great weather and easy beach access. The condo is right across the street from the beach, the location is one of the best amenities for this condo. Again, it was a pleasure to host you and your family, we hope to see you all again.

Very clean and friendly workers.

The security guard was wonderful and seaside management is lucky to have him. He's a valuable employee and I hope he has room to grow with the company since he has such great people skills and is engage in his job. Please share this with him as his kindness is why people respect him and do as they are asked. All the staff were friendly and the units were very nice and kept pretty well. Fantastic place and my family will hopefully be back. We will miss padre!
