We take all feedback seriously and want to provide clarity for future guests. The home was professionally cleaned, inspected, and prepared prior to check-in, in accordance with our standard turnover procedures. No issues were reported at the time of arrival. Regarding the plumbing concern mentioned, we were not notified during the stay and therefore were not given the opportunity to address it in real time. House rules, including occupancy limits and quiet hours, are clearly communicated prior to booking. During this reservation, we observed activity inconsistent with those rules and reached out to address it promptly to ensure the safety of the property and the surrounding community. We encourage guests to communicate any concerns immediately so they can be resolved quickly and appropriately. Our goal is always to provide a clean, well-maintained, and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors.
